GoogleSuch a lovely team to deal with. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Our house sale went smoothly, sold for what we wanted within a few weeks and the team at Lancasters oversaw every step. We are now looking for a buy-to-let property and will be coming back to Lancasters to find us tenants. Keep up the good work.

FacebookI had an agent round to view and value my house which they did, everything was fine until I mentioned being in contact with another estate agent a while back. I was told after the valuation I would be emailed with more details and feedback on the valuation, also giving me the option to email more details regarding my previous meeting with the former estate agent, yet I haven't heard anything back since. This was approximately two weeks ago. I find this very unprofessional. If Lancasters were unable to continue dealing with my property then I should of been told there and then, not given false promises.

FacebookGreat service by the Lancasters team. Was previously on the market with another agent for 6 months. Lancasters were able to find a buyer in under 4 weeks by marketing the property to the correct audience. They were always on hand to help progress the sale through to completion which has reduced a lot of stress.

Every time we went in the office seemed like a total lack of organisation. Didn't have the right paperwork on moving day and overall poor communication. So unfortunately wouldn't recommend or use again.
Mr Reeves, I'm sorry you felt that way. It is true that your partners first viewing had to be pushed back by 20mins due to staff illness, she was called. We track our staff digitally for safety and our records show your partner's second viewing was carried out on time. Yes there were delays issuing paperwork, but as you know, this was because initially your partner applied for the tenancy on her own, not with you. On a positive note it was lovely of your partner to pop into our office just after you moved in to thank us, that was really appreciated. [Reposted as original reply was deleted]
