FacebookI cannot believe what a breath of fresh air these agents are. Extremely likeable, communication excellent and quick. Pictures look fantastic and so does the video and drone footage. More agents should adopt this style of operation instead of antiquated stereotypical role. Chris and Ben truly know what they are doing and I have every faith in them to secure a sale. FacebookAn overwhelming satisfaction & grattitude towards to this amazing & brilliant estate agents based in Cowes on the Isle of Wight. Definitely worth all 5 stars and more and any family or friends of mine who live on the island that want to sell or buy a property, they will definitely be getting my recommendations to use this fantastic company. A little back story,Lancaster's sold my flat in Ryde and it's recently finally completed last week after 8 months in the selling process. Ben, Chris & Stella are the absolute best and have the perseverance and motivation to complete any challenges that are thrown at them in the sales process. They are all very hardworking, dedicated and show passion to their jobs at Lancaster's and their customer service level is second to none. Thank you once again!

FacebookWe set the team quite a challenge, to sell two properties to be completed on the same day for an onward purchase! Nothing was too much trouble, I can't fault them and in particular Stella has been outstanding with her communication and reassurance at every stage. There were a number of times I needed to 'vent' due to hold ups outside everyone's control and she took it all in her stride with good humour. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They did exactly what they said they would and more besides.

FacebookWe recently sold my mothers house through Lancasters and they were excellent from start to finish. The whole team were super helpful and made the selling process as simple as possible. A special thanks to Stella who was our main contact once we had agreed a sale. The buyers had a few issues and there were some delays but Stella was honest about everthing and updated us throughout the process, which really helped and all turned out fine in the end! Thanks again everyone

Lexi Hollis became my main contact and, despite not actually ending up renting from them due to how dynamic the property market was at the time (and having to come over from the mainland for viewings), I have nothing but praise for my experience with the company and in particular Lexi. She has been transparent, knowledgeable, helpful and supportive throughout my property search process even though I never actually became a client. I would not hesitate to approach them in the future, whether for renting or purchasing. I like this company's ethos, transparency and willingness to go beyond the call of duty. They really care about people, even if not actual clients. They have that special touch. 10/10.

From communicating with our mortgage advisor, solicitor and surveyor they have guided us throughout the whole process. I never thought buying a house will be easy. Definitely a 5 star rating for their services.

Both Alex and Chris were so reassuring and supportive throughout the sale. We swapped from our previous agents after 4 months and so glad we did. We secured a buyer straightaway with Lancaster’s and happy to say we completed just short of 4 months. GoogleWould highly recommend, very professional but friendly with it. Marketing material is vastly superior to othe agencies and drone and video footage are a bonus. Communication was excellent throughout, using a WhatsApp group for high proportion of messages so everyone involved can view and comment. So glad we picked Lancasters

GoogleVery unprofessional, won't allow a viewing but still advertising the property for sale! Then arranged a viewing to then cancel! WOULDN'T advise using them and also was warned about even trying to use them! Edit to your reply: yes definitely the right estate agents! We have been messed about one minute we can view property and then changed again!

It was explained to you that owners of the property requested viewings stop while we awaited confirmation of an offer from a previous viewer; and then once that confirmation came in a few days later we let you know the property was now sold stc. I have read all email correspondence and listened to all calls between us, and during your last call you seemed understanding of the situation. I think you must be confusing us with someone else, and would appreciate it if you could remove your comment for accuracy. We wish you all the very best on your house search. Lancasters
