GoogleFrom our first viewing Chris and Stella have been amazing. Very friendly professional service throughout our purchase including a couple of visits between contractual stages. We could not have asked for a better service, nothing was too much trouble and Stella as our case manager was with us every step of the way in the final few weeks of our purchase. On completion day they arranged for us to collect our keys minutes after we completed our purchase and even provided us with a welcome bottle of bubbly and a welcome to your new home card. Shameful ! Your response to my comment are all lies my partner was never happy with your service and this nothing to do with who she works for. You have been reported to the ASA on a personal basis for misleading advertising and they have confirmed this in writing. We are moving into our own property now and when I sell and buy again I certainly will not go near your company. In fact majority of our friends in Cowes share the same opinion of your company, so lie all you like.

One key difference was bring people to the property that were actually interested in it. My previous agent took great pride in arranging many viewings to people who were not in a position to purchase the property.
Quality of service is what you get with Lancasters.
After sales support was excellent and reduced a lot of stress associated with selling.
