Lancasters made themselves available when we needed to talk to them, and were always reassuringly confident about being able to sell our flat.I think the thing I was most impressed with was their ability to use current contacts and potential buyers to drum up interest in our flat. They were also very friendly, and generally great to deal with.When we want to move again, we'll be working with Lancasters.

Hi Nathan, Sorry you feel that way. I’ve had a look into your file and am happy to communicate directly with you to clear anything up (which I can’t publicly here for your personal data protection). Basically we need you to apply so we have all the info we need to put you forward in the best possible light to the landlord, ultimately it is always the landlords final decision on what type of tenants they choose, regardless of our recommendations. There is zero benefit to us to have people apply who we previously knew would be unacceptable. It would waste our time as much as yours. FacebookDuring our recent house purchase Lancasters provided a professional and stress free service. I have no problem recommending them.
Our daughter recommended Lancasters having used them previously when she moved home a couple of years ago. Rather annoyingly she was correct, again (don’t you hate it when your child gives you decent advice!) and they proved to be a thoroughly professional, friendly and highly efficient team selling our house within days of it going onto the market. Throughout the selling process we were kept informed of what was happening and advised when we needed to do anything. We therefore have no hesitation in recommending Lancasters to anyone wanting a first-class service when they want to move home. FacebookWould not run the keys to me.to busy. So i ask them to put keys in a taxi.on completion with a lorry waiting to unload ..they still would not do this. A VERY DISCUSSING AGENT.
