GoogleI rented a property in Coventry through vesta properties. I am very happy with the service I have received so far. I rented the property entirely by the estate agents recommendations without physically seeing it and it turned out to be exactly the sort of property I wanted. Charlotte and Catherine at Vesta properties are very helpful and professional . I would highly recommend Vesta properties to anyone looking for a good estate agent in Coventry.

GoogleGood company with lovely employees. Problems get solved nice and quick (i.e. replaced the old damaged mattress, installed new blinds etc). I looked at other reviews to see what other people thought of them and I can honestly say that some of them are not fair and have been written out of spite. I've never had arguments with any employee, I've always had civilized discussions with resolutions to every problem.

GoogleI recently rented a property in Coventry whilst working away from home. They were great in helping me find somewhere and all the arrangements were made very quickly. I did have some issues with some electrical appliances in the apartment, but they were generally sorted out with the maintenance people or landlord in a timely manner. I would recommend them to others looking for a letting agent.

I love how you're able to let them take over and they regularly update you on your property and tenants and are always looking for the next way before the current contract is over. Thank again VESTA!

GooglePlease please please do not waste your money with these wasters!! They are rip off merchants that owe us thousands of pounds in unpaid rent!! They also are withholding very important information about our tenants. We trusted these armatures!! They charge extortionate fees and don't do any background checks. Don't use them!!!!

GoogleAvoid completely. Very unprofessional. Delibretly ignored emails, lack of action, repairs that were there from the previous tenant is still not fixed despite them promising to do so. The list goes on and on. You wont find them enthusiastic or supportive anymore once you sign a contract with them.

GoogleIrresponsible cantor, where no one is able to work, is not refundable deposit of up to 4 months, horribly communicate with customers, never call back when promised to call back, it is best to consult other agency, it is not too safe!!

These are rogue estate agents and are the most inept and incompetent estate agents I have ever dealt with. They made my partner and I's life a misery and are beyond inexperienced. Rude and nasty people too.
