GoogleBest letting agency I've rented with yet. I've found Catherine and Charlotte to be both professional and friendly, providing key paperwork and email responses in a prompt fashion. The deposit return was quick and without hassle, whilst any agreed inspections were flexible and easy. Having rented a 2 bedroom Coventry flat for a year, I'd certainly recommend them.

GoogleI rented a flat and moved in hurry due to baby delivery in March 2020 (expect to move in April). I cant imagined how my husband and I can manage everything without Catherine and Charlotte helps. They sorted everything in perfectly professional. The property was great and landlord is a kind man. GoogleI've stayed at an apartment managed by Vesta Properties for over a year and a half and they have been most responsive and helpful. This was especially true under the COVID pandemic situation when we had issues with the building management, and Vesta took special care to ensure I was put up in a hotel for the interim. GoogleAs an out of area landlord, it's important for me that I can TRUST my letting agent 110%, with Catherine that doesn't come into question at all. I find Catherine to be proactive, on the ball when addressing issues and knowledgeable with current regulations and legislations. GoogleAbsolutely disgusting of a company, advise don’t use Vesta they don’t give deposits back. Left me and other tenants with no heating most days in winter with their smart metre to save themselves £££. AVOID
We are very dissappointed at the review that you have left following you leaving the property. When you vacated the property and returned the keys, the check out was carried out and the report was sent to you. As you are aware, whilst you were in tenancy, the landlord had the property cleaned twice. This is not something that landlords usually do whilst tenants are in tenancy but your landlord is a good landlord and wanted to make sure that you were happy at the property. We did advise you prior to your move out that if you would like the contact details for the cleaner we could pass them onto you and that the property should be fully cleaned. The issues with the smart meter were down to the suppliers and when reported it was dealt with by our office straight away for you. This was nothing at all to do with trying to save money. The landlord also allowed you to terminate your tenancy early so that you could move into the property that you had secured as the tenancy had to start before the notice period for your property expired. During the time that you have lived at the property since we took over management we had a very good working relationship with you and you were good tenants whilst you were living there. It is very dissappointing that it has come to this now you have vacated.

GoogleWhen you first visit the apartment, the staff will treat you with respect and it will seem like the apartment has no problems in it. As you move in, you begin to notice a series of problems that must be fixed by the agency. You’ll call them to solve the issues but they will treat you disrespectfully and will take absolutely ages to solve them. This agency is only preoccupied with getting your money, and once they do, forget about having them meet any of their obligations.

GoogleOver a year, Vesta twice placed dangerous criminals and prisoners on early release in the flat next to us without care. They made our life completely miserable and refused to do anything help. Vesta are also pretty clearly posting fake reviews in order to boost their score. Under no circumstances should anyone rent a property from Vesta. They are deceiving in all possible ways and will do everything they can to get as much money from you as possible, while not caring about living standards or regulations pertaining to housing. In getting our deposit back, they first attempted to lie about pre-existing faults in the flat and only backed down after it was made clear that the matter would be taken to court. GoogleRude, unprofessional and disrespectful organisation. Tried to steal my deposit, but DPS deposit scheme protected me against their theft. Beware never let from these people, they do not care about you, once they get your money your dead meat to them.

GoogleBEWARE STUDENTS. AVOID AT ALL COST. We rented a student property with Vesta and prior to checking in, the house was in a dirty mess and unhygienic state (photos attached). Also, the following facilities were not provided; fridge, freezer, washing machine, and bedroom curtains. It took 3-4 weeks to get this problem solved. Lastly prior to checking out, Vesta decided to take £400 from our deposit. What pathetic agency has the audacity to charge us £400 after all the troubles they caused us when checking in. Overall, avoid at all cost and don't choose Vesta Properties.

GoogleExtremely unprofessional, rude, arrogant and incompetent. Avoid at all costs! Made my 2nd year of university a nightmare as they would not resolve any issues with the property. They were extremely argumentative when they eventually responded to my emails (they would take a phone call and later pretend it never happened) and would blame me for pre-existing issues with the house. When it came to leaving and getting our deposit back they made up a number of issues to make charges for and when I called in to dispute these charges (on several occasions) they said the woman dealing with deposits wasn't in and to call back. They would also then not reply to emails and as there was 7 of us with people needing their deposits back we had to accept the charges as Vesta would not respond to us. They know students don't have time to wait for deposits and therefore put in ridiculous charges in order to keep parts of their deposits. They're nothing more than con artists and thieves. Again, avoid at all costs. If I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would.

GoogleMoney grabbers. I was a tennant for a year. When I moved in the house was a mess and in every room there was unfinished work which they said they’d take care off and never did. The garden was a jungle, there was a blockage in the waste pipe and the boiler kept breaking which they tried to charge me for until the workmen reported it couldn’t have been caused in the time we lived there. When we moved out we cleaned thoroughly to a higher standard than it’d been when we moved and they still tried to keep our deposit!

GoogleWouldn't recommend to ANYONE!! Rude, seem uneducated(poor English language, even though they're British), no manners very surprising and yet not so surprising. They're nice to you untill you sign the contract and move in the house. Have asked plenty of times to change the carpet or clean it, guess what? they still haven't done it and tried to blame/charge me for the damage - having shown proof of how I found the property was when they believed me (luckily I took pictures). Be careful of this agent. Wouldn't recommend to ANYONE!!

GoogleI have been a tenant of Vesta Properties for many years and I will never rent from any other letting agency again. I rented a property through Vesta then a couple of years later found another property with another agent, that was the biggest mistake I made asi only experienced poor service, I went back to Vesta and now I will not change from them. The service Vesta provides throughout my tenancies is second to none, They are very professional and friendly in the service they provide, they are an efficient and a caring agent, any problems I have experienced with a property I have not had to wait to get it resolved, they have sorted it very quickly. I have always found them approachable with any type of issue I have raised. I would recommend Vesta Properties to everyone.
