GoogleWe were very happy with the service we received from Reeds Rains, Coventry. The house was well advertised and sold quickly (all complete within 4 months). It fetched a price precisely in the middle of the realistic range suggested. At all stages of the sale we were given regular, helpful up-dates. I should certainly use them again.

GoogleCoventry branch very unhelpful, not at all flexible, asked for a valuation appointment any evening after 6:30 as we both work. Reeds Rains were not willing to put themselves out because apparently 6:30 is "too late". Thankfully their competition have been more than happy to take our business.
I am so sorry to read your review. We do offer appointments as early as 8.00 am in the morning and Saturday's too. Unfortunately on this occasion we were not able to meet your expectations, but thank you for the feedback . I wish you every success with your chosen Estate Agent .

I found them very professional , even from the first point of contact and all the way through. I received regular updates regarding the progress. I always found them to be friendly and helpful. I. Comparison to other local estate agent I found their charges to be competitive and still received an excellent service. The property sold very quickly as advertised very well and at the right price and the viewings were managed well to suit us . Thank you to the team in Coventry .

GoogleDue to a sudden illness we had to sell the house that had been our home for 45 years and it was the biggest decision we've ever had to make. We chose Reeds Rains because of the good reviews and we're glad we did. The staff were always professional as well as helpful and friendly. They made regular checks that things were moving along as they should have been and the sale went through quickly and without any problems which was just what we wanted at this difficult time. GoogleWe've just sold our house with Reeds Rains, although we sold within the first week the buyers were a little slow to move the process along (it took 4 months in the end) but both Neil and Cheryl in particular were fantastic at moving things along as smoothly as possible. Their professionalism was outstanding, they kept us informed at all times and were extremely understanding and supportive throughout the whole process. We would definitely recommend Reeds Rains and have done so to anyone we hear from who wants to sell their house. They were excellent value for money and we will without doubt use them again in the future!
