GoogleTheir policy is that you must sign the tenancy application in order to view the property.. How can someone submit a tenancy application without viewing the property at all?
Apirin, When asking to view a property with Loveitts we take certain details in advance, but this is not a submission of a tenancy application but simply gathering information. We would be happy to accommodate a viewing and would ask that you call our office to arrange an appointment on 024 76228 111.

Dear Susan, unfortunately we can find no details of having done any business with you, please do contact us on 02476 258421 to discuss. With regards to gazumping, this is not something that we actively encourage but are legally bound to put all offers to our clients, the same as every other estate agent. We know it is frustrating for purchasers but it is completely out of our control and we would be breaking the law by not putting all offers forward.
