Awful experience I arranged a viewing for John grace street to purchase the property. I went there and no one showed up and I didn’t receive an email or call for them to cancel viewing. I have been calling their office and no one answered. Wasted journey I travelled all the way from London to Coventry and I was keen on this viewing. ABSOLUTELY GUTTED

We at Loveitts always strive to provide a professional service whereby landlords or tenants feel that their property is managed carefully. I note that we have not dealt with you since the end of our agreement in 2011 but before and since this date a number of procedures have been implemented and put in place to enhance the service our clients receive. Loveitts are extremely greedy! Watch your money when you deal with them they will try snatching it away from you at every opportunity!I bought from them at auction I then used their letting service and sold through them. The common thread was greed and deception every step of the way! Keep away from them!

GoogleSold a house with loveitts and it was a dreadful experience. Then, when trying to complain to directors I was repeatedly ignored. I've had one letter answered but my final two letters have not been answered at all. Overall very poor service and dismissive, arrogant and rude if challenged over service (or lack of it) I would recommend avoiding using Loveitts at all cost.
