GoogleWillow bank is a lovely place to live for students, it has an overnight security guard to ensure the safety of our properties. The team are always around to help with anything needed and the maintenance is quick usually coming on the same day as a reported issue!

FacebookAmazing staff and a brilliant accommodation, large spacious rooms that fit all you need alongside a great kitchen that comes with an air fryer. Staff are quick to respond and maintenance are perfect. Car park is secure and I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone studying in Coventry.

GoogleA very positive 2 years with lettuce. Any maintenance issues that were encountered were dealt with in very good time and any queries answered very quickly. Always very friendly staff members that are happy to help and I would definitely recommend lettuce to future perspective students.

GoogleIn summary: pleasant to start with, let me move in to the house early, but from then on in it was an uphill struggle trying to work with this company. If you have an issue, don't expect them to resolve in any reasonable period of time, instead expect distancing tactics and to be left without any real support until you start chasing them up. A company that is flawed to the core; once you're in your house and paying your rent, that's all that matters to them. Any problems you may experience in that time, forget it because chances are nothing will be done about them. But at least you'll get the reminder emails that you owe money to them in a fortnight's time. If you're looking for an estate agent to rent with, I'd look elsewhere.

GoogleAm deeply unsatisfied with my treatment whilst a student at a lettuce lettings property. Experienced great noise which affected my studies, after being told the house was sound proof of which it most certainly isn't. Tried to move out halfway through the year as this was affecting my degree but lettuce offered no help with this matter and told me to advertise for the room myself. Overall a very disappointing year with lettuce which seems to care more about money than student welfare.

GoogleMy daughter was a tenant during 2017-18. Fantastic gated property on Willowbank Mews, Coventry. Just moved out. Got our deposit back straight away with a small charge for cleaning which is fair. Thoroughly professional, friendly and helpful service and couldn't recommend highly enough. :)

Google(Amended from a previous one star review) We got off to a bad start due to a lot of miscommunication. However since then Lettuce has been a pleasure to be with. They were very receptive to feedback and understanding after the fact. Hopefully no one else will have issues thanks to this. If you do have issues they are very understanding providing you communicate clearly what problems you're having. I will be staying with lettuce next year.
