I have lived in Willowbank Mews for 2 years, the staff have always been so helpful. Whenever we have needed anything they are always so fast to reply and any maintenance is always done straight away. The house itself is a bargain for the money, very modern and only a 5 minute walk from the university. Lovely place to stay, definitely recommend!

I rented a one bedroom flat for my final year and it was the best decision I made. The team at Lettuce are incredibly kind and helpful, from the landlord making an appearance to Paul helping with bins and maintenance. The property itself is beautiful and is a genuine joy to live in, I am genuinely going to miss living there. I highly recommend Lettuce Lettings to any students in the area!

Brilliant letting agency. Clean houses, and they will fix any maintenence issues immediately. They will also go above and beyond to help with any issues you have, have offered mental health support, and coronavirus support. The staff are all really friendly and you feel like you can talk to them about anything. I would really recommend them to any student.

Friendly staff day to day but terrible service over email, poor maintenance too as they never come out on time. Our shower was head was screwed into the wall which pulled away almost instantly. Charge for a dryer which doesnt even work (even after a number of complaints). No system in place for complaints or to report issues going on in the house. Would not book again.

Had a fantastic experience with Lettuce Lettings and have stayed in their WIllowbank Accommodation for the final two years of my studies. Extremely friendly and understanding staff, extremely fast at responding to emails and a fantastic maintenance turnaround. (Paul's a machine!!) Would definitely recommend to anyone studying at Coventry University who is after reasonably priced and modern accommodation with a painless experience.

Lettuce are easily contactable, helpful and quick to respond to issues. For example our fridge broke and we got a replacement by the next day.
