Lettuce are an amazing agency! The house had everything you need and they are very communicative with you while you live here about any updates like bins or maintenance work etc. if anything breaks in the house or needs fixing, it’s so easy to report by email or phone, and is useually fixed within the same day or the day after. There is even an out of hours service which is really useful. Would highly recommend lettuce !

Lettuce lettings and all of the team always go above and beyond to help my housemates and I with any of our troubles. Emma, Claire and Lauren are always helpful with answering the phone or emails and making sure that my queries and concerns are answered. They are very reasonable when it comes to issues with the house. Paul is always quick to fix any maintenance issues we have and keeps a smile on his face too! I really recommend getting a house with them! :)

Probably the best student letting company to go with!! Most friendly and helpful staff you’ll ever meet! Any problems or issues are delt with super quickly. Clair is always happy to help with any payment issues, in case the student loan doesn’t come in time. And thanks to the amazing maintenance Man Paul! Who’s always around to help, things get fixed very quickly. Lived in willowbanks for 2 years and the accommodation itself is amazing! rooms are very big, great bathrooms and the big communal area is perfect for everyone to fit in for a movie night. The people in this company really make you feel like part of a family through their social media and by getting the tenants involved in competitions and prize draws. Couldn’t recommend more! During my four years at uni, I rented with lettuce letting for two years and overall my friends and I couldn’t have asked for a better letting agency. Everyone who I’ve come into contact with from lettuce has been so friendly and helpful, particularly Paul, Claire and Emma. During our stay, there was never a problem or maintenance issue that was not promptly and happily sorted. Especially in comparison to other student letting agencies, lettuce lettings went above and beyond my expectations and I can honestly say I found no fault with them. Would definitely recommend to any future students!

I lived in willowbank mews for two years! lettuce lettings are extremely helpful with anything . maintaince issues where solved in a very quick manner (Paul is the king), the office staff answer any issues/questions in a timely manner and will do anything in their power to make your stay the best possible. I would reccomend lettuce lettings to any student looking for accomation and willowbank in particular as the accommodation is state of the art. it was lovely to stay with lettuce lettings and the staff are extremely helpful and lovely to deal with! what a great two years where spent there and it will be missed.

Booked with lettuce whilst myself and a friend were on Erasmus year abroad and were unable to view the flat in person. Heard excellent things about the company and we have not been disappointed. The flat is lovely, all maintenance problems a resolved quickly and the team (especially Paul and Claire) are so lovely. Couldn’t recommend more!!

Could not recommend this place enough! Out of all the letting agencies and student accommodations I rented from and lived at Lettuce was by far the best. The staff were all so friendly and helpful! Paul was always so amazing and quick with maintenance and the accommodation itself was amazing. Well sized rooms and big kitchen area with additional living room downstairs.

The rooms in Willowbank Mews were nice and spacious. The house was always warm (a bonus in winter and on colder days) and it’s only a short distance from the engineering building which was perfect for getting to lectures quickly. I only gave 4 stars as there’s only one oven and hob for 12 people to share so sometimes meal times would be later than anticipated.

The absolute best letting agency in Coventry! I have been with them for 2 years and they were the best years ever. Amazing friendly staff, always quick to reply and huge shout out to Paul for ALWAYS coming out to fix whatever we needed so fast even some times when he’s out of hours and we needed the hot water fixing the absolute legend! I highly highly recommend to anyone needing to rent somewhere in Coventry! They have amazing houses (willowbank being the best!) ranging from 1-12 bedrooms! Thankyou for everything!

I have been with Lettuce for both my 2nd and now 3rd year of university. At the beginning the team were so helpful when myself and my housemates were looking for places to stay and since moving in every issue (few and far between) has been resolved, all queries are answered as soon as possible and there has been the best customer service from the Lettuce Team. Outstanding and very efficient support provided throughout my stay in Willowbank by the Lettuce team, whenever our house had any maintenance issues, or any other concerns! The team were very generous, always extremely friendly and respond in a very timely manner to all emails. I would also like to specifically mention Paul, Lettuce’s maintenance man - his help was invaluable for always ensuring issues we had were sorted very quickly and well, was always chatty and friendly, whilst ensuring the job was done every time. Overall very happy with my 2 year stay in the Lettuce property and the support from all the team.

My Daughters Home for the last two Years, Lettuce were very quick to respond to any questions, maintenance was super responsive, we cannot fault them. If you do come here, only thing to be aware of is the lack of Visitor parking, on street is permit controlled, on site is UKPC controlled (Google UKPC if you want to read about this bunch of Sharks). Permits can be bought, as well as Visitor permits from Coventry City Council, they are very reasonably priced.

I spent 3 years with Lettuce Lettings during University - at their Willowbank Mews development - and have nothing but good things to say about them. In short; high quality properties, barely a stone's throw away from Uni, in which any issues are resolved immediately. My letting experiences prior to Lettuce Lettings had been somewhat arduous and felt purely like a manipulative business transaction that preyed on students. That entirely changed when working with Lettuce. All of their staff genuinely care about what they're providing and really put the effort in to make the whole experience the best they can. Can't thank them enough for making my overall University experience what it was. I can guarantee it would have been markedly worse if I hadn't have gone with Lettuce Lettings. Cheers guys!

If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable letting agents, then this is the one. I have lived in lettuce accommodation for 3 years and if anything breaks or stops working you can normally expect it to be replaced within a day or so. The staff are all lovely and very welcoming. They will do their best to help with whatever you need, and it feels more like asking for a favor from a friend than dealing with a letting company. The houses are great, well thought out and perfect for students. I would highly recommend. Thank you!!

I was with lettuce lettings for the entirety of my university experience and I am so glad I chose them. Their service is amazing and are quick to resolve any problems. All their properties are up to a high standard and are lovely places to stay. I had stayed at Willowbank mews for two years and those properties are perfect for a large group of students wanting to all live together. For my final year I stayed in a flat 5 minutes from the university which is perfect for a quieter atmosphere. The whole team is lovely and welcoming. I cannot recommend Lettuce Lettings enough.

Our house was broken into 2 years ago twice and when we moved in, in September 2018 we were assured all new safety measures were put in place. The house was broken into during first semester at 4/5 am, when we were all in the house. Nothing was taken apart from the TV but the thief came upstairs and looked in our rooms while we were in them. The police gave us so many ways we could improve the house, then forensics came and did the same. They said the house was very unsafe and easy to break into. All of this information was passed on to lettuce who then told us to lock our doors and we'll fine. After emailing, calling and going in to see if they will do anything multiple times, nothing was done. Even after we caught and chased off someone else trying to break in weeks later. very unhelpful and insensitive. Its caused for a very stressful and unpleasant stay.
