Slow to respond generally. Experienced regular passive smoking within the accommodation. Uncomfortable environment to live in. Didn't feel as though I had a voice or any issues were any kind of priority.

Hi K, I'm sorry but I don't recognise you as a tenant of ours and we haven't had any complaints about passive smoking now or in the past. If you contact us, we can try and assist you with your housemates smoking in the house. It is unfair to rate us on the way your friends behave as we always try our hardest to make our houses a comfortable and enjoyable environment, mediating between tenants where we can. Thank you Matt

Good company, nice employees, responsive. Every time when there is a breakdown in the house, the team immediately reacts and tries to solve the problem. There are always updates regarding any news. The house itself looks beautiful and well thought out.
