Thank you for your feedback.We understand your concerns regarding the flooring. To clarify, the issues with the uneven flooring on the ground floor were addressed promptly by our flooring contractor.Regarding the upstairs flooring, following an investigation, it was noted that the lifting appeared to be caused by a cleaning device. We advised that the use of steam mops is not recommended for LVT flooring like Karndean, as moisture can seep beneath the planks and cause them to lift. It’s important to mention that, despite these findings, the contractor did replace some of the upstairs planks at no additional cost to you.We also provided cleaning guidance from Karndean to assist with proper maintenance and hope this helps in preventing future concerns. Since the causes of the issues on the ground floor and the top floor are different, there may not be any further action we can take unless a defect is identified.We value your feedback and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

This is absolutely not the standard of service we expect to deliver, and we fully understand how upsetting and disappointing this must have been. We also apologise that any restrictions around appointment numbers were not clearly communicated in advance, which understandably added to your frustration.
