Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. To clarify, Citizen Housing is now handling your case directly, rather than Lagan. We have made efforts to arrange a suitable date for attendance to address these defects; however, the proposed dates were deemed unsuitable by yourself and subsequently cancelled. Additionally, we have requested alternative dates from you that would work, but we have not received a response to date. We remain committed to resolving this matter and will continue to work through the appropriate channels, Citizen Housing, to arrange attendance and resolve the defects. We are hopeful we can reach a resolution soon and address these issues to your satisfaction.
