We recently did a Level 2 survey and we are beyond impressed with the service that was given. We were given information on the different surveys, what they included and prices. The communication was quick and date was booked quickly. The report was given within 24 hours of survey being done with detailed explanations for each section of the house. For the areas that came up with a concerns, suggestions were made on what to do next. We feel fully confident knowing that property in much more detail. One of the worst experiences I have had with a letting agency. Repeated problems have been left unresolved despite being reported multiple times. Communication is poor, follow-up is lacking, and customer service falls far below an acceptable standard. The latest phone conversation was particularly disappointing due to the rude and unprofessional attitude I encountered. Rather than helping to resolve ongoing issues, I felt dismissed and treated without respect. Tenants deserve better service, better communication, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency has been very negative.

I was in urgent need of a survey so I contacted J W Woods who were more than happy to help me out. Throughout the process of booking the valuation even to getting the valuation report, J W Woods were extremely professional and helpful. I would like to highly recommend Claire especially for all of her help throughout the process. She knew that the matter was time sensitive and got in touch to bring my appointment forward upon availability changes their side. Upon the day of the survey, Jonathan attended site and was very professional, on time and very helpful when doing the survey. From initial contact, Claire Askew was very professional and prompt in our options being explained and the survey was booked with only a small wait of a week. We opted for a level 3 survey and our surveyor Jonathan Mason contacted us before he attended to discuss our needs and any concerns. The survey was extremely detailed, literally with no stone unturned and gave us complete confidence in our potential new homes' condition - with a gallery of photos highlighting the inspection.
