It is disappointing that you feel the need to post a negative review whilst your issues are being investigated under our Customer Care Policy. With regard to the previous court case, you will see that the judge found entirely in our favour and commented on how we had handled the matter professionally, unlike the other agents involved. As you can see, the vast majority of our Google reviews are 5* with very positive comments.
