GoogleWe have just sold our house with Evans and I absolutely highly recommend! We haven’t had the easiest of times with our forward purchase and honestly, without the support of David and Richard we would have never have got there. They are fantastic. Always so helpful, always totally on the ball, really reactive, and all round nice guys, I felt I really trusted them and they had our best interests at heart. GoogleI recently used Evans Estate agents to sell my property and from start to finish I couldn’t have had a better service from Rich & David. They talked me through the process, and offered their advice and even when the first buyer withdrew their offer, Rich discussed the options and swiftly put the house up for re-sale. The sale went through relatively quick and I had updates all the way through the process. I’d highly recommend.
Thanks for your patience throughout the transaction and trusting in us here at Evans Estates. So glad it all went through and we found a great buyer second time round. Many thanks Rich
