Thank you Sarah and Martin, you were great to deal with too and we all worked together to get the sale through, we will still have to have that pint at The CTK club. Thanks again from everyone at Evans Estates.

GoogleDo not recommend these estate agents we spent 6 months trying to buy a house from a lady who didn't have the Necessary paper work after waiting 6 months we ended up walking away from the house after the vendor proving she was difficult to deal with and the estate agents weren't much help. the estate agents have then put the house back up for sale knowing full well the house doesn't have proper documentation after having a severe fire 5/6 years ago.
Agent replied · 11 June 2024
“Hi Katie, I am sorry you feel this way. I understand the sale was not straight forward, but we were very clear from the start regarding the fire that occurred. The delays were not due to us but things the seller needed to get done, we feel we provided a good service in communication and providing regular updates for you. As nearly all the documentation is in now for the next buyer, the decision was made from the seller to remarket the property. Please feel free to call us to discuss further.” Regards David

GoogleEvans estate agency (sales to mortgage adviser) staff were fantastic from the moment we contacted them. They had all of the resources we required in place, which gave us peace of mind because they were handling our process while we focused on other things. They kept us informed at every stage of of purchasing a property. If we had any concerns, we could contact them, and they would calmly break things down and explain everything step by step. The entire staff was helpful, accommodating, and lovely. I will suggest them to anyone looking to purchase a property. S+B

GoogleWe contacted Rich and David to support us selling one of our houses. Firstly Rich introduced us to his team and explained the full sale process from initial contact to keys handover. The team kept us totally involved 100% through the process and made us feel like royalty customers. Our experience of dealing with Evans Estate Agents was first class. In my eyes they are the leading boutique estate agent in Coventry . Highly recommended
