A truly emotional sale for me. Letting go of a childhood home is never easy, no matter your age. From our very first meeting with Rich, we felt completely reassured and in safe hands. There was no pressure or hard selling, just genuine support. The entire team has been fantastic, keeping us informed every step of the way. In the end, the process felt seamless. Highly recommended 👌

Myself & my partner both brought our first home together through Evans Estate Agents and we had such a pleasant experience with them! Everyone in the team is so helpful, informative and friendly and made the scary (but exciting) process of buying our first home so smooth. Extra thank you to James for being so on it and helping us find the perfect property, Zunara for being so informative and helpful during our viewings, and Mo for keeping us updated throughout the sales process and answering any questions we had. We definitely recommend Evans Estate Agents!

We finally found our first house through Evan’s Estate Agents, and what incredible luck it has been! Not only is their team professional, but they are also some of the warmest, most genuinely friendly people we’ve ever dealt with during this whole journey. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Zunara and Mo Smith. Both were absolutely fantastic always helpful, always patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly for us. When I went to collect our keys yesterday and stepped into the office, it truly felt like walking into a home. The atmosphere was so warm, relaxed, and welcoming. Richard and David greeted me with so much respect and kindness, making the moment feel even more special. You can tell this is a team that genuinely cares about their clients. Evans Estate Agents didn’t just help us buy a house- they helped make a huge life milestone feel easy, exciting, and memorable. We are so grateful for their support and couldn’t recommend them more. If you’re looking for an estate agent that treats you with professionalism and genuine warmth, Evans is the place. Thank you again for everything🏡❤️

Moving is a stressful time, but with these guys they keep you calm throughout the process and they completely understand the emotions involved when moving home. I don’t really trust estate agents. So when it was time to sell my house I wasn’t looking forward to the hard sell, the ‘it’s perfect and will sell easily’ and then ‘but let’s lower the price’. Rich was recommended by a mutual friend. Dave and I belong to the same running club, so I had faith. Which was borne out. My house sold pretty quickly, communication was great at all times, missed calls were always returned promptly. I received regular updates during the sales process, really helpful when there were delays lower down the chain. The whole team were great, I’d definitely recommend!

Found Evans estate agents to be very professional and very helpful in the selling of our property. Richard is so enthusiastic and did an excellent job selling the property within the 1st week of going on the market on the open day they arranged. Special thanks to David also who helped us through the hassles we had with the purchase of the property we was buying and keeping our buyers happy to wait while things got sorted. Hopefully never need to move again but if I did would definitely consider using these guys again. Thanks

We needed a valuation on my mother in laws flat. Evans was recommended to us. From the initial phone call to the valuation the whole experience was a good one. Customer service is clearly at the heart of their business! Richard was really friendly, professional, honest and very helpful. And the advice he gave has proved to be very good advice. I would not hesitate to use Evans Estate Agents again. Great to support a local business.

I had an interest in a property on Tedd Pits Lane. The posting was poor quality - very few photos and their 'video' is just shoving some photos together and pretending it's a video. The floorplan is terrible resolution where you can't read anything and they just gave a total size including some big storage area. I wanted to know the size of the house so I sent an enquiry asking just for the size. First response from Nichola was an email asking me to send my bank statements otherwise I can't see the property. I replied that I just wanted to know the size of the main house at this stage - to which Nichola replied to check the floorplan and add up the numbers by myself. Well the numbers of each room on Rightmove and on both brochures are unreadable due to their poor listing skills - plus telling a prospective customer to do all the maths themselves instead of giving a clear answer isn't great customer service. Update: Upgraded the review to 3 stars since the owner got in touch and answered my query in a satisfactory way. I can't put the score higher because the fact remains that the listing is the lowest quality of all houses listings I have seen at this price range in the Warwick/Kenilworth/Coventry area.

When I decided to sell my house, the prospect seemed daunting and I was feeling uncertainty, worry, and stress. I chose Evans Estate Agents simply because two properties in my street had recently been sold by Evans (I see 'Evans' signs everywhere now!). After my first meeting with Richard and David, I would describe them as sensitive, respectful, courteous, honest and professional. As my relationship with Evans evolved, I saw they were not focused on spreadsheets and instead deeply focused in creating a memorable experience for the clients they serve. They really come across as doing the hard work of understanding what their clients want, and you start to feel as if you are part of the family, and they made the generous act of helping me solve my problem - selling my house. They are very good at noticing what works, and understanding what doesn't, which is of great value in achieving the best outcome. I would go as far as to say that they helped my family achieve our dream and become better versions of ourselves. They show up regularly, consistently, and generously organize, and lead, and build confidence in your desired outcome. It left me with a great trust in their abilities. I will use them again and recommend them. A special thanks to David who has shown great empathy and attention to detail with the clients he serves.

Highly recommended. Dave Hartopp at Evans gave thorough (and free of charge) advice and guidance on how to purchase my first property, the Mortgage process and Surveyor Report - which I really appreciated. This is despite me leaving Coventry and purchasing a property in the North West of England through another Estate Agent! I really appreciated the personal touch and if I ever return to Cov, Evans will be the first Estate Agent I get in touch with. Thank you Dave!

Let me start by saying a massive thank you, Richard the star of the show and thank you for all you help and constant updates David and Nicki. Could not fault the team from the first house viewing to the end handover of keys the service was better than any estate agents in Coventry I have used. The girls always answer the phone with a positive attitude and always willing to get you help. Whether it’s house buying or selling Richard and the team with the in house mortgage advisor we used are the best to use. The Evan’s team are the best !!!! 😁 Kind regards Mr Khan
