Special thanks to David also who helped us through the hassles we had with the purchase of the property we was buying and keeping our buyers happy to wait while things got sorted.

GoogleI had an interest in a property on Tedd Pits Lane. The posting was poor quality - very few photos and their 'video' is just shoving some photos together and pretending it's a video. The floorplan is terrible resolution where you can't read anything and they just gave a total size including some big storage area.
I wanted to know the size of the house so I sent an enquiry asking just for the size. First response from Nichola was an email asking me to send my bank statements otherwise I can't see the property. I replied that I just wanted to know the size of the main house at this stage - to which Nichola replied to check the floorplan and add up the numbers by myself. Well the numbers of each room on Rightmove and on both brochures are unreadable due to their poor listing skills - plus telling a prospective customer to do all the maths themselves instead of giving a clear answer isn't great customer service.
Update: Upgraded the review to 3 stars since the owner got in touch and answered my query in a satisfactory way. I can't put the score higher because the fact remains that the listing is the lowest quality of all houses listings I have seen at this price range in the Warwick/Kenilworth/Coventry area.
