GoogleExcellent service provided by Pereen and Karen in the rental department, giving me detailed information if anything needs attention in my properties, arranging all works to be done and sending photographs so I can see where my money has been spent. Very important and reassuring for me as an overseas landlord.

GoogleWorst company ever. Better off being homeless. Students stay away. Very poor service. Had a carbon monoxide incident and one of the letting agents stole the report left by the fire agents. Wouldn’t recommend. They got 2 star reviews for a reason. Don’t ignore.

GoogleHad a property with castles for just under 4 years. few hiccups along the way but any problems were sorted and no deductions were taken from deposit at end of tenancy as the property was returned as moved into. End of the day the staff do what they can within the landlords instructions.

GoogleAvoid them. I waited over two months to get my deposit back. I must pay £50 to my landlord because they lost one of the keys. They charged me with £72 for final inspection! So if you don't want to lose your money don't rent any house or room from them.

GoogleCastles were my property agent. I cancelled them with their agreement in person.They then lied and said I did not. They continue to lie and act in poor faith. Driven by the owner of the business. If you are searching for a property agent, do not partner with them. Awful. Really.

GoogleThe worst agency in Coventry, they collect money for everything, and they do not give back the deposit.
You have rented 2 properties from us so if we were the worse agency in Coventry you would not have returned to rent with us again for a second time. We have contacted you numerous times by email regarding the landlord's deposit claim but you have not responded with the required details for the refund to be issued as you claim that you returned the property in a clean condition which you did not do. You accept that you returned the keys after the end tenancy date, you accept that you damaged the blinds in the kitchen and bedroom, and broke the shower head holder. There are therefore deductions for this made by the landlord. You also tried to issue a deposit dispute but we are aware that this has not been accepted by the deposit protection scheme. You are responsible for the damage you caused. Having reviewed your previous rental file, we can see that there were also deductions from your deposit made then, which was for a property owned by another of our landlord's, and therefore the issue is with you not returning the property as you should.

GoogleAbysmal service. They will do anything to squeeze money out of you. The tenancy agreement doesn't even make sense. They won't fix anything in the property and it will never, ever be cleaned before you move in. Enjoy your mould, stock up on drain cleaner, enjoy never being contacted.

GoogleThey will use any opportunity to not return your security deposit even if you leave the property in a spotless and perfect condition. I regret using them but you can use them at your own risk. They don't even deserve half of a star in my opinion.

GoogleAbsolute joke of a company. You can literally hear the sarcasm and bitchy tone in the womans voice on the phone. There fast enough to take your money but slow when it comes to doing there Job. One star is not low enough.

GoogleI rent house with my friends and agency very good. If we have problem they call someone to come fix it very quickly. Pereen show us how to pay bills which help us so we can pay easy ourselves.

GoogleWorst agency we have ever dealt with. In addition to a catalogue of unprofessionalism, we experienced verbal abuse and threatening behaviour on a number of occasions from Karen Sandhu, one of their estate agents. Avoid them at all cost!
