Hi Victoria, I am sorry to see you have rated us 1* and unfortunately we cant identify you with just your first name, so we cant comment specifically on your application, however generally we put every ones referencing to the landlord and it is them who has the final decision. If we advised you the CCJ, was ok, but then still rejected your application there would have been a reason for this, whether it was down to the landlord reference/employment reference/guarantor. Hi Danny, thank you for taking the time to provide additional feedback.We’re sorry you felt that we didn’t address your maintenance issues in a timely fashion, however I believe that they have all been resolved. Except for a window repair which is now in hand and will be completed next week.The mailbox issue you’ve referenced did take a while to resolve, we weren’t supplied any keys, we had to exhaust all other options before arranging for entry to be forced and the locks changes, which we subsequently did. The length of time was also compounded by having the Christmas holidays in-between which is a notoriously difficult time to arrange for contractors to conduct non-urgent jobs.If you have further issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us - 0333 358 3676My Property Box

AWFUL customer service and awful property management. I STILL don't have access to my mailbox and despite being told several times about the same issue that I'll receive a call back within a certain time-frame, I am the one initiating contact. Had the keys over a month and still got other unresolved issues.
