GoogleSince we joined Kerfuffle we have been very well supported with excellent guidance and advice. Both Sarah and Fam have been professional and extremely helpful. They take into consideration individual business needs. They have exceeded my expectations and I am very glad we joined forces with such an experienced and highly regarded team. FacebookCallum is our property manager from the Addiscombe branch, since we moved to the house last year he has been very helpful if there’s any problem with the house ( a lot of problems) He’s been liaising between us and the landlord very well (given the landlord’s location). He’s also arranged a temporary property manager while he’s on leave. All I can say is how professional and I won’t hesitate him to manage your property.

GoogleOutstanding service and results. I've had to deal with six estate agents recently and W&G were substantially better for the following reasons. 1) Very responsive, upbeat staff 2) Valuer clearly explained how he was going to confidently and easily sell our home for more money than we had imagined 3) They sold it first day and we only cleaned the place once. 4) They sold us our next property and did a great job of liaising so from instructing them to originally sell, they sold our home and we moved in to our next one -all within 14 weeks.

GoogleI can’t recommend Kai and his wonderful team enough. Always helpful, responsive and with great knowledge of the local market. With their guidance we were able to secure multiple fantastic offers for our house within record time. We really enjoyed working with the team and thank them for their expertise and hard work. Would highly recommend Kai and have done so on multiple occasions.

He is always friendly and explains evrything in a straight forward way while understanding the needs of both the tenant and landlord.
