Streets Ahead has been managing my properties for the past 12 years. I especially love the way they manage my flats. Because of Cherelle Muschette (my property manager), I can completely have peace of mind that my properties are in good hands. No matter how stressful the situation is, she has a “leave it with me” approach which reduces my stress levels a lot.
I am also very happy with the Andrew Hylton who deals with problems immediately. Very approachable and efficient.
I highly recommend streets ahead

Beware of these DODGY people - I was ROBBED AT THE PROPERTY I was renting due to their negligence to maintain it and replace the balcony door, which the burglar has used to break into the house !! After I told them I'm moving out, they've arranged a viewing behind my back, inviting 10 people who walked around and touched my stuff - I've had a hidden CCTV recording !! At last they have arranged a check out without letting me know over the Easter Bank Holiday while I was moving out, unable to be present at it !! Then they said they will charge me for the broken balcony door that they've previously promised to fix - WHAT A LAUGH !! I wish to all the people I've dealt with within this agency to rot in hell - hope that Karma gets you and turns your life into a sick nightmare as you deserve it; people like you shouldn't have a right to breathe.

FacebookBeen left in this for around a 1 (been so long lost count) had 10+ property managers who only 1 ever resolved any issues. I have been very patient tenant who has done all the work myself as I don’t like to leave in a untidy messy house. After many phone calls and emails I am still waiting on a response when this ceiling will be fixed, I have 2 children under the age of 10 who have to walk under this to get anywhere in the property.
I would never recommend streets ahead as a good company they can’t even keep their staff, never sort out problems only after monies and that’s it.

Born in the 50's (that's the 1950's) I tend not to be overly tactile, except with my wife or those who have my blood flowing through their veins. So when we decided to sell our home of over 38 years, I needed someone to hold my hand, but as none of my relatives work in the estate agency business I knew that someone would have to be a 'stranger.' Enter Michael Meape, charging along St Margarets Road, Edgware, on his white charger (well, actually, strolling along the pavement in his size 8's). From the moment he first walked through the door he exuded a calm, relaxed, professional manner. Not at all pushy and always willing to do just a little extra to make the whole experience just a touch less stressful and oil the wheels. Even on the few occasions he was temporarily unavailable on the phone, other members of the team had all the answers. In the end, selling our home proved to be almost impossibly seamless. What a rush.
