I arranged to view two properties I was interested in.I received a phone call from Ricardo Grant, who discussed the Two properties of interest and what will be required for me to move forward with arranging a viewing. I soon received confirmation via email and sms of my date, location and time of viewing after our call. I met with Ricardo for the viewings and I found him to be very warm and welcoming, there was no pressure from him when looking around the homes, I was able to take my time, he was able to answer all my questions and very informative. I showed interest in one of the properties and put my offer forward. From that point onwards Ricardo was on the ball with his communication and what the next steps are to go ahead with what I need to do to secure the property. There wasn’t a day that would go by where I would not hear from him whilst undergoing referencing, if there was anything outstanding or not compliment he would let me know straightaway. This allowed the process to run smoothly and for everything to go through very quickly. I want to thank Ricardo Grant for helping us secure a lovely home for me and my family! He wouldn’t know how much this means to us all but it was a big deal for us. We loved the property we viewed and we have happily settled in to our lovely new home and I don’t believe this would have been possible without Ricardo. He helped make our dreams come true and that I would say is very good example of a good caring Letting Agent. Thank you so much Ricardo and I hope you receive the recognition you truly deserve. Overall, I was very pleased with the Lettings Team and their customer service from start to finish.

Having found myself in the position of looking for a rental property, the last few weeks have meant numerous interactions with many estate agents and without a doubt Choices have been one of the best i've dealt with. I've had calls with other agents within the last few days where i was made to feel unimportant and even at times that i was an inconvenience for even calling them. However i found Chantelle from Choices was extremely prompt returning my enquiry and very efficient arranging a viewing the same day. I was made to feel valued at every stage. Chantelle was an exceptionally professional and knowledagble agent. . The property was great and Chantelle could answer all of my questions even the silly ones :)I did not make an offer on the property but this was purely down to my own preferences and no reflection on the service from Choices. I have no problems using them in the future or recommending them to friends, family or collogues. My first experience with Chantelle Varney was a viewing at the property I now reside in, it was only her beginning days at Choices Coulsdon, you would never have guessed so as the manor she projected her self was very confident, polite, friendly, respectful, understanding of peoples circumstances and very much professional and the list goes on. Could not give Chantelle a fault yet so I reckon Choices Coulsdon done well to have an employee with these qualities and will surely benefit from her presence. We had a leak and thanks to Chantal it was fixed on the same day, she went far and beyond to ensure that she found contractors to get it fixed asap, this is not the only time as well, we also had a garage door issue, leaking shed and ripped wall paper issues which was left for ages until she ensured she took over!! Top quality service from Rhiannon.

Rhiannon is the property manager dealing with the aftermath of a difficult, evasive and filthy tenant who trashed the room she was renting from me. Rhiannon has been very efficient and professional in dealing with a very difficult situation and, although there is still much to sort, she has arranged room clearance, cleaning and decorating, to return the room to a habitable condition.
