Very poor experience with Jeremy; house sale fell through because of his work- would suggest avoiding him, never met a person as rude as him before; i genuinely think 90% of reviews on this guy are fake- hard to meet a ruder person in life- notably saying they don't remember me...really???

When we bought our first home a few years ago we bought from Jeremy Murphy & Associates so when we decided to sell and move we asked Jeremy if he would handle the sale. We are very happy we did because they made a stressful time much easier. Sold our house through Jeremy recently and we couldn't have been happier with the service we recieved. Jeremy was very accurate with his valuation, he was very responsive and continuously giving us updates throughout process. We have 2 young kids and Jeremy ensured the viewings worked to our schedule as well. We have had bad experiences with auctioneers in the past but there was nothing I could fault Jeremy and the team with. The team behind him were great too, Lisa and the staff in the office were always pleasant to deal with.

Buying a home in 2023 was an incredibly stressful process but dealing with Jeremy Murphy & Associates was a pleasure. It can be challenging as a buyer because you can often feel in the dark, on the back foot etc but everyone on the team were hugely respectful and transparent with us. Jeremy and his team sold my mother's house in Ballinlough. From the first meeting I was convinced I picked the right guy; he knew the market, the unique selling points of this house, what to focus on, and how best to approach the sale.
