We bought our first home with Jeremy Murphy and wanted to thank John Corbett for showing us the listing and taking care of us until the sale was agreed. The property viewing was amazing, each room was staged correctly to show us the potential of living there. The process of going sale agreed was smooth thanks to the staff at Jeremy Murphy. Every involved party worked hand in hand to allow us to get the keys only 3 months after, which was incredible for us beeing so eager to move from our rental property in the city center. I dealt with Jeremy Murphy approx 20 years ago when buying my first home . So when it came to the search for an auctioneer a few months ago I didn’t hesitate to call on Jeremy again . From the first meeting with him back in November I knew I wasn’t going to look into any other agents . His advice was excellent and very very honest . Throughout the whole process I mainly dealt with Fionn and I could only say great things about him too . He made the whole process so easy . He was so easy to talk to , gave daily updates , always phoned exactly when he said he would , and when decisions had to made I always took his professional opinion on board . The whole team in Jeremy Murphy’s made, what is a very daunting process, very seamless and took so much of the stress away . I would highly recommend this agency and will definitely be calling on them in the future should I be buying or selling .

I recently sold my property in what was a very stress free journey from start to finish all thanks to Jeremey & his wonderful team. From the initial planning phase prior to going to market I was given excellent guidance on how best to showcase the property's interior & exterior, especially on little details that were not obvious to me, all of this set me up for success going into the selling phase. The selling phase was carried out in a very efficient manner, at this juncture id like to give special praise to Alice Hodder who was my primary contact throughout this period, Alice was simply brilliant to deal with on a daily basis through email or WhatsApp & was extremely prompt in replying to queries which was important to me. In addition, Jeremy always contacted me frequently to provide a summary of how the sale was progressing & provided a run through of the potential buyers that were in touch with their office, Jeremys experience of the market shone through here as he was able to confidently sense the direction of travel & give me the client a positive feeling & strong sense of trust at the end of a given day knowing that the sale was in good hands. Finally to the closing sale phase, & again Jeremy & his team were a pleasure to deal with throughout. The entire process was completed within the time frames that the team had suggested during the planning phase which again is testament to their experience & in seeing the job through. My initial dealings with Jeremy Murphy & Associates was after the first lockdown for Covid 19. I contacted them requesting a probate valuation. Jeremy called out the following day. He was professional, punctual and a pleasure to deal with. Consequently when it came to selling said property, he was my only choice. Jeremy revisited the property, and took details. John is a wizard at taking photographs, nothing was too much bother. He even returned at a later date to take a better outside pic, as the weather initially didn't permit. There was a constant stream of viewers, some days even 3 or 4 of them. We were sale agreed in a matter of weeks. The sale did fall through but Jeremy was on the case immediately. We were back having viewings 2 days later and sale agreed again 2 weeks later. This sale went through and for that I am very grateful to Jeremy and his team. I would recommend anybody to entrust their property to Jeremy. I can't recommend them highly enough

Awful experience with Cory. Went to a viewing where he just sat on his phone and didn't even acknowledge us. When we asked questions he either didn't answer, or acted like we were stupid. The girl down the phone never rang me back after she said she would too to get some answers, and when I emailed for a viewing for another property I just got a response from someone saying "Do you want a viewing?", which is really strange

I bought a house in 2018 where Jeremy was the auctioneer and I'll never forget the lasting impression left with me the day I collected my keys. I was most warmly welcomed at his offices, given a beautiful bottle of wine and congratulated by his team along with the keys to my new home. I decided in that moment if I ever needed the services of an auctioneer in the future they would be the first person I would call. And so it was. We decided in 2021 that we would like sell our existing properties and buy new and Jeremy visited us. Through his vast experience and expertise he helped us navigate through the process of selling two properties and buying a new build.
