Jeremy and every single person working with him both in sales and in the office, are the nicest and easiest people to deal with. Jeremy and his team went above and beyond to assure us and support us as we sold our house. They worked tirelessly to get the best deal for us. We felt at ease at all times knowing we were being looked after. Jeremy and his team were easy to communicate with and we felt part of the process at all times. Choosing Jeremy Murphy and Associates to sell our house was the best decision we could have made and we would happily engage their services again and again. I couldn’t recommend them more.

From the moment we met Jeremy to when we got the keys to our home he was a gentleman to deal with. We met with Jeremy for the first time in April 2022 which at that point we had been on the market as first time buyers for quite a while. We wanted to buy in a very specific area which was proving extremely difficult due to Covid, house prices soaring and the housing demand being through the roof. We were finally successful and went sale agreed on a house which unfortunately, through no fault of ours or Jeremy’s fell through soon after like many house sales in the past few years. I felt Jeremy was genuinely so disappointed for us and he kept the contact, kept us updated on houses coming to the market and really tried to find us a forever home that was suited and within our budget. Fast forward to October 2022, another house sale agreed had fallen through 2 weeks before we were due to close (not with Jeremy, with a different auctioneer). I queried another house at the time that was up for sale with Jeremy, he called me straight away to find out what was going on as he thought we had found a property at that point. Within a week Jeremy had us viewing a house, we went sale agreed fairly quickly and as the house was empty we had the keys and all within 2 months. Jeremy and his team were just amazing. So responsive, professional and they were just so so genuine with every interaction. Jeremy, Sarah, Lisa, Sharon and Fionn, thank you so much for helping us purchase our home. I would highly recommend buying with Jeremy Murphy & Associates.

This is our second time using Jeremy Murphy & Associates to sell our home. The fact that we chose this firm again should be testament to how pleased we were with our initial sale and the excellent service they provided. The whole team including the agents, administration , finance etc are consumate professionals in their approach. We were incredibly pleased with all aspects of the sale and the process. As first time buyers the entire process can be overwhelming at times. We had met with many agencies but Jeremys team really stood out. My initial dealings with Jeremy Murphy & Associates was after the first lockdown for Covid 19. I contacted them requesting a probate valuation. Jeremy called out the following day. He was professional, punctual and a pleasure to deal with. Consequently when it came to selling said property, he was my only choice. Jeremy revisited the property, and took details. John is a wizard at taking photographs, nothing was too much bother. He even returned at a later date to take a better outside pic, as the weather initially didn't permit. There was a constant stream of viewers, some days even 3 or 4 of them. We were sale agreed in a matter of weeks. The sale did fall through but Jeremy was on the case immediately. We were back having viewings 2 days later and sale agreed again 2 weeks later. This sale went through and for that I am very grateful to Jeremy and his team. I would recommend anybody to entrust their property to Jeremy. I can't recommend them highly enough

I bought a house in 2018 where Jeremy was the auctioneer and I'll never forget the lasting impression left with me the day I collected my keys. I was most warmly welcomed at his offices, given a beautiful bottle of wine and congratulated by his team along with the keys to my new home. I decided in that moment if I ever needed the services of an auctioneer in the future they would be the first person I would call. And so it was. We decided in 2021 that we would like sell our existing properties and buy new and Jeremy visited us. Through his vast experience and expertise he helped us navigate through the process of selling two properties and buying a new build. We were absolutely blown away by his professionalism, friendliness, authenticity and the genuine care that he had towards us throughout all of our interactions. His team are an absolute credit to him and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better auctioneer or end result. We bought our house with Jeremy Murphy back in July. We gave the deposite right before the first lockdown in March. For obvious reason the whole process took more time than it would usually have even though we had no problems with the mortgage as both myself and my boyfriend are essential workers. We've dealt with Jeremy himself and it's been a nightmare. Not only he put us under pressure for things we had not control on (in the middle of the pandemic) but also a few weeks later, when we were waiting for the valuer from the bank to come and see the house (who of course could not do that until the restrictive measures were lifted, again nothing we had control on) he threatened us to put the house back on the market. He was really in a rush to close the sale and putting the house back on the market would have only slowed down the process even more. If it wasn't for the fact that we were really in love with the house we would have definitely walked away. Buying a house it's already stressfull enough for many different reasons and you would at least expect to deal with a professional who doesn't add more stress on it. I promised myself I would tell him this in person but I have never had the chance to meet him again.. So I hope he reads this.
