The team at Stuart Charles are professional and always on the ball with things. We managed to complete our purchase within 6 weeks as first time buyers and they were always there for us with any queries or silly questions we had. From our initial viewings right through to the end their hard work allowed the whole process to be as smooth as possible! I know that without them behind the scenes during all the legal stuff and waiting this purchase would not have gone through as quickly as it has! It sad to say in 2023 and that amount of black professionals in Corby, Stuart Charles refuse to show a house, all because they are BLACK. Just be brave enough to let people know that you do not rent to Black people for them not waste their time.

Having dealt with many agents over the years and with Stuart himself several times I can clearly say the team here go above and beyond. The difference for me is they are all local people and the fact that they have an unrivalled knowledge of the town makes me feel I have chosen the correct agency to sell my portfolio with. I have contacted them many different days and times and i have always been dealt with professionally and they make you feel like part of the family. Straight talking with no jargon. Unfortunately I can't say anything positive about this agency. They turned up late to a viewing complained about their colleagues and bought the wrong keys to the property so was unable to look round. I travelled to the second property to view with the same agent shorty after and there was a group of people booked in to view the property at the same time. I wasn't told this and would of appreciated the courtesy of such an arrangement as I prefer to look round a potential home alone, as I feel it's quite a big purchase and should be personal. I spoke to the agent who seemed to think that this was because someone had double booked the viewing in error and he was away whilst this was done, passing on the blame. I left not having viewed either property and since I'd moved plans to view elsewhere and travelled 60 miles to visit, I feel annoyed as this was a waste of my time. Very poor service, needless to say, I won't be contacting them again to buy or sell.

Stuart Charles have been fantastic to work with. We have been buying a new family home with them as well as selling our current home. The service we have recieved has been nothing short or amazing. They have gone above and beyond in arranging viewings and helping us find our future property. We had a massive problem with another agent in the town and were let down, the staff at Stuart Charles on short notice helped us out and we will be forever grateful. Every step of the process has been helped along by being able to talk to any member of the team. The service had been tailored to what we need as a family and I dont know of any other agent who would have worked so hard for us every step of the way. We won't deal with anyone else. Not only are they the best at what they do they are genuine, humble amd loving people and you just don't get that service anywhere else.

Great and easy to deal with from start to finish, communication was brilliant organised around me for viewing at the property never to much hassle to answer a question no matter what it was. Marketed and sold the house in 2 and half weeks painlessly, Darryl, Mcauley local lads with a wealth of knowledge n experience between them, Michaela in the office always available to help and chase up anything that appears to be lagging in the sale / buying process ( solicitors ). Highly recommend the estate agents, work hard for you no BS approach very real and truthful couldn't ask for a better experience as far as buying or selling a home goes 5 stars all day long from myself.
