GoogleComing from out of area in search of our first buy to let property, this was a breathe of fresh air walking into this office. We established that they're an independent, family run estate agent, and they all live within a few minutes of the office. I was very politely welcomed by Macaulay and his colleague Luke. Macaulay spent plenty of time with me and my partner to establish exactly what it was we were searching for in a buy to let. We have now purchased our property and have rented it out with Stuart Charles who have found us tenants and are managing the property fully. We look forward to purchasing more properties with Stuart Charles. Thanks guys!

GoogleDealt with Stuart many times over the years across multiple enquiries/purchases and was always hugely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and market. I think taking the leap in to running his own business has really elevated him and you can also see in his team, that they follow the same ethos. I really liked the updates all the way through the process and i must admit, i cannot fault their numbers on footfall, that's relevant and not just to hit a number. Will definitely use again and I recommend you also try them out

GoogleI used Darryl to sell my house and the whole process was made easy from start to finish. Great Communication with feedback from viewings, help with solicitors paper work and making sure the sale went through to the end. The Stuart Charles team also achieved full asking for my home. GoogleFive weeks ago I signed a contract, which has proved meaningless . This estate agent is selling on behalf of our buyer and would appear to have failed to perform due diligence. He has allowed a purchaser to proceed thus far, who is - only now - meeting a mortgage adviser. Had he done his job properly our sale would be over before the interest rate hikes have messed up our plans. Thanks

Quick response to random problems that are solved on the same day. The customer's well-being and satisfaction comes first. GoogleWe were just in the process of moving our property sale to Stuart Charles when we sold after being on the market for quite a while. Stuart was absolutely fantastic help from the word go and we would absolutely recommend. All of the staff were polite and helpful and their communication is excellent which is what we were lacking from our previous agents. Good afternoon, unfortunately abuse and threats are not tolerated by any member of the public and no one should have to endure it. regardless of your personal circumstances. our staff are not employed to take verbal abuse and we refuse to work with anyone who acts in such a manner. it is unacceptable.

GoogleI must say Stuart and Charles is beyond words. Super honest, trustworthy, genuine and highly professional. Bedsides, every staff they have polite, respectful, and most importantly very very helpful. I must add name of David. He is a gem as a professional also as human. I wish I could give more than five stars.
