Would highly recommend this estate agents we viewed many houses with them and purchased our property with them and they have been unbelievable from start to finish Christie is an absolute star and has constantly been there for us and reassured us on everything when the sale become tough. She Truly went above and behond for us!! The team here are Amazing, after my father passing away I had to sell his house, they made it such a breeze for me during this hard time, I didn't have to do much at all they helped with all the paperwork and took away my stress, we were looking for our own dream home which they helped us to fulfil and we now have it as of today and nothing was ever to much, Stuart's advice on what to do to sell my dad's house was on point and it sold within 10 days!! Mcawley was amazing dealing with the sale of my father's home kept me updated through the whole process, their in house Mortgage broker Luane secured us a mortgage and we were a difficult one! I lived in London and my first time in Corby I met with Luke which was my first point of contact, very professional, understanding and helpful whenever I come down to Corby for viewing. If I could give Stuart and his team more than 5 stars I would. I couldn't of asked for a better estate agent to sell my property. The whole renovation process took some time, had multiple visits from Stuart catching up with us and seeing how we were getting on. Felt the support from his front. Well what can I say, I need a private rent so went to Stuart Charles. When there I meet Leanne who runs that side of agency, Leanne was such a wonderful,helpful,caring and bubbly person. She went out of her way to find my daughter and myself the perfect home for us after the year we had losing my partner then both parents nothing was to much for her. She kept me informed on all the house that came and and called with updates once we found the house that was for us. When everything was completed I don’t know who was happier myself or Leanne as she knew the weight she had taken away from myself. Nothing was to much for her even calling on her days off so I would not be sitting worried that something had gone wrong for myself. Leanne has also phoned to see if everything is going well and to see if we needed anything not just to do with the house. In meeting Leanne I found a house and now a friend, the men who work there were also friendly and helpful if I called and she was not about by calling her to let her know that I had called. So big thank you to all at Stuart Charles but the biggest is to Leanne. I would say if looking for a house to buy or rent there’s no better than that team if I was to give it a score out of 10 it would be 20/ 10 because no this is a tasks for them.
