GoogleHad a fantastic experience working with Stuart Charles, and couldn't recommend them enough! I worked directly with Christie and she was so helpful, answered all of my questions quickly and as a first time buyer, she worked with me to understand the process. The whole process felt stress free and I felt supported throughout! Thanks for everyone involved in getting me my first house! I'll be recommending Stuart Charles to anyone needing an estate agent

GoogleI have been renting with Stuart Charles for over a year now. I have always found the staff very helpful and friendly and they listen to your concerns and try to deal with it in a timely manner. Macaulay was very helpful in finding the property and always had helpful suggestions as was Leanne whom made the process easy and stress free. At the moment Ashlea is my go to person for any immediate concerns. I would certainly recommend Stuart Charles to anyone looking to rent or buy.

GoogleI would highly recommend Stuart Charles Estate Agents. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Daryl went above and beyond for my brother and I who had been left our family home to sell, only to find out the deeds to the property were missing. In the 18 months of stress that it took to reach a conclusion, Daryl was always calling us to make sure we were ok, liaising with the solicitor we tasked with finding the deeds, and reassuring us, and the people that eventually bought the house that it would all work out. I will hopefully be selling My own property in the not too distance future and I will definitely be using Stuart Charles again!

GoogleExcellent!! From valuation to completion the whole team were brilliant.. everyone is friendly, welcoming when you go in and make it all less stressful.. Macaulay showed us round on viewings, always making us feel comfortable and never feeling rushed, very professional, polite and excellent at his job..once the process of buying had started Michaela was always on hand with updates, help and support, even on her week off!! Nothing was ever too much bother or trouble. Would definitely recommend Stuart charles 100%.

Once the offer from the buyer was accepted, Michaela took over the sale progression and she was fantastic. GoogleAshlea has been amazing, so helpful and gave a lot of useful advice for previous landlord. Helped me find the perfect place for me and my son. We’re super happy here. If we have needed anything, she is super quick at getting back to us and finding out anything we need to know. Couldn’t be happier with the overall service of Stuart Charles. GoogleI had the opportunity to work with this agency when they valued my house. I am very satisfied. I also used their broker on the recommendation of Luane and there was no problem with the language, everything was very quick over. Everyone was always on call and they always called back. There was no problem in adapting to my needs and they were very helpful. I also used a local lawyer and they took the initiative themselves. They provided me with a quote from lawyers and helped me fill out the documents. When I wasn't sure, they answered every question. Michaela speaks Polish and was always available by phone.

From the first viewing till the end Macaulay and Michaela handled everything else for me, extremely helpful and made the process so much easier. Especially Macaulay remained professional throughout and always managed to keep the stress to a minimum! A special thank you to him for taking everything on board and always being on hand! GoogleI would highly recommend Stuart Charles Estate Agents, Corby. Darryl initially carried out the first visit to my property and proposed a realistic, achievable selling price. Christie was able to match a buyer’s requirements with my property, arranging a viewing on the same day, with a successful and acceptable offer. After any viewing Christie would always give me feedback within a half hour of the viewing. Thank you.

GoogleDavid was absolutely brilliant, professional and passionate about his job, he went an extra mile and help me to view the property whilst he was supposed to be off on a bank holiday. Always makes himself available on the phone and noted to have knowledge, able to look after his customer. He never fail either to pick up the call or return it back. I find the whole process less stressful . I had an exceptional service from Stuart Charles team it has been always easy for me contact them from day 1. I will recommend this Estate agent.

GoogleChristie was amazing at showing us around the houses- we thought we wanted a fixer upper but after discussions she knew exactly what we really wanted and found the perfect property! Also, being first time buyers she really helped us with the knowledge etc. Luane the mortgage advisor was also really helpful. Thank you for a great first house buying experience! GoogleInitially, I was presented with a rental property at a monthly cost of £1100. However, after expressing interest, I was informed that the landlord had changed their mind and the new asking price was £1200. I understand that circumstances can change, but I was taken aback by this sudden increase. In an attempt to find a compromise, I offered to pay £1150 per month. To my astonishment, the agency responded by stating that the landlord now wanted £1170. It became evident that this was not a genuine negotiation on behalf of the landlord, but rather a tactic to artificially inflate the rental price. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. I believe that the agency acted dishonestly from the beginning and the constant price fluctuations and lack of transparency have caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.
Unfortunately We have no control over the landlords if they decide to change their price as the own the property and is their right as they homeowner, We apologise, We did try to negotiate this on your behalf but the landlord was adamant and as we work for the landlord they make the final decision and we respect that as any other good agent would. We were very open and honest about this and wish you all the best. x

David was amazing he provided exceptional customer service and sold my house and found me a house all within a week!!! I really wanted to move and was nervous about putting my house on the market as I’d heard how stressful it can be. David sent me photos of houses which helped me take the first step he would call and ask if I was ready to move without pressure, thank goodness he did I’m so happy now in my new home. David is an asset to the company. All the staff at Stuart Charles were amazing, they were there for me from start to finish. They are without a doubt the best Estate Agents in Corby. They are efficient, professional people with such a great knowledge of the local area. The whole process from putting our property on the rental market to getting tenants moved in was quick and painless thanks to Leanne and her colleagues. They handle everything and only contact us landlords when requiring permission for something. We have every confidence with them and couldn’t be happier with the service so far.

We originally enquired about a property that turned out to be unavailable, but Leanne told her staff member Macaulay that she had another property available and to give us a viewing the same day. We then had an amazingly smooth process agreeing the terms and from viewing to contract signing took less than 4 days. The communication and organisation that Leanne has is amazing and we are so happy to have a beautiful new home to move in to. Thanks to Leanne and Macaulay for the amazing customer service and we highly recommend them.

Leanne specifically has gone above and beyond to find me the perfect first home for myself and instantly matched me to exactly what I was looking for.
