GoogleProfessional and courteous throughout the entire selling process of my mums house. Everyone was a pleasure to work with but special mention to Macaulay who has gone above and beyond numerous times helping mum with printing and completing forms and even delivering them for her personally on a few occasions. I don’t know what we’d have done without him and the team. We cannot recommend the team highly enough with just 5 stars! Thank you all so much 😀

GoogleI had the best experience with Stuart charles in April when buying my first home, I couldn't rate the highly enough for anyone who is wishing to buy there first home or looking to move house I would recommend using sturst charles over any estate agents, Macaulay was just amazing from start to finish very professionally within his job, no question was to hard and if he didn't know the answer a prompted response within the hour, also the updates I was getting from Michaela was great always kept me upto date with the sale and progress on the house. I would also recommend highly leanne ( mortgage advisor ) were she always goes above and beyond to give you the best service, she was always on hand to answer any question raised and quick response time, i will be going back to her in the future. Overall best estate agents in town could do enough for you, great business and wishing you all the best. Regards Jamie

GoogleWhat a professional team! We had a good experience throughout the whole process of purchasing a property and would highly recommend Stuart Charles. Macauley was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble for him. He is quietly efficient and very professional. I don’t know what we would have done without Michaela because she constantly kept us updated. She is also very knowledgeable, approachable and professional. This made up for the poor customer service from our own estate agent. Well done to the whole team. Thank you, Mr and Mrs L

GoogleThe best company in town. Even if they were selling the house I have recieved more help from them than from my solicitors. Especially I want to thank Michaela for her time spent on answering to my late messages even after working hours. You are doing a fabulous job guys. Thank you so much.

GoogleI had a very good collaboration with this company 4 years ago when I first bought my house through them. They were chasing the solicitors on my behalf and making sure everything went smoothly. Now I have returned to them to sell my house and buy another one, and once again they showed professionalism and full involvement. I truly recommend the whole team. Thank you very much for all your effort, keep doing a great job!

GoogleHelpful. Polite and extremely professional. I was with another estate agent for over 6 months and only had 2 viewings I was recommended by a friend to try Stuart Charles and they sold my house within 2 weeks. Unfortunately it fell through then they sold it again after 4 days. Due to Their sheer dedication and determination I am now so happy to have sold my home. Thank you Darryl. McAuley and Michaela for providing me an excellent service.

GoogleLeanne and team were excellent and friendly. On the ball to find me a suitable rental property within the specs required. Definitely the best estate agents in Corby. None of that jargon stuff. They understood my situation and helped me. They found me the right landlord in an area with access to town and shopping. I am all settled in and love my new home. Honestly I am so grateful for them!! Rani

GoogleFantastic company. We originally enquired about a property that turned out to be unavailable, but Leanne told her staff member Macaulay that she had another property available and to give us a viewing the same day. We then had an amazingly smooth process agreeing the terms and from viewing to contract signing took less than 4 days. The communication and organisation that Leanne has is amazing and we are so happy to have a beautiful new home to move in to. Thanks to Leanne and Macaulay for the amazing customer service and we highly recommend them.

GoogleCouldn't have asked for a better service from an estate agent. From the first viewing of the property, Macaulay was down to earth, extremely professional, and he went above and beyond to provide us with answers to our questions. He was also able to use his personal knowledge to paint a picture of what it's like to live in the area in an unbiased matter. Michaela kept us updated at every step and was even happy to help us out on her day off to resolve an issue that could have resulted in delays before the completion. Having had some truly unpleasant experience with other estate agents in Corby, i can honestly say Stuart Charles is the only choice if you want a pleasant experience throughout the process of purchasing a property. Thanks to Stuart, Luke, and the rest of the team. The team was always happy to take our calls and got back with us with a resolution expediciously. Thanks, Stuart Charles!

GoogleIt is our first rental and Stuart Charles Estate Agents Ltd made it seamless and hassle free. Leanne was wonderful all through and her smiles are welcoming and contagious. She offered exceptional customer service and the gift box of vouchers was really cool. We won't forget this experience with Staff of Stuart Charles for a long time especially given our experiences with other letting agencies. We highly recommend them for your buying or letting needs!

GoogleFirst spoke to Luke who was super friendly and has a great sense of humour, viewed the house with McCauley very nice and very smart. Wow Leanne, I dealt with Leanne in the office, I still cannot believe there is people in this world like her, Leanne is amazing, super friendly, she is very patient, she is always ready to help, if I had a better vocabulary I would use that, in short Leanne I'd selfless, she went way above and beyond my ordinary expectations to help me. And my husband said the same. Keep it up hun.

GoogleVery friendly and helpful through every stage of the sale. Macaulay was very professional and efficient with each viewing and more than happy to answer questions. Michaela was equally impressive and often had answers before we had questions. Stuart set us ease from the get go and always made time to offer guidance and advice. Would definitely use again and highly recommend for a professional yet friendly service from start to finish. Thanks to the entire Stuart Charles team!

GoogleWhat an incredible team at Stuart Charles I cannot rate them highly enough They worked tirelessly to sell our property sending more prospective buyers than any other company Once a sale was agreed we were introduced to the awesome Michaela who provided support and updates She was amazing and kept us up to date with progress Would contact solicitors to chase them Even kept in contact over the weekend thank you Michaela and the team 👍

GoogleI was very fortunate to have Darryl McCart as my point of contact when buying a home in a totally new area. Due to my living in Hertfordshire at the time of the first viewing he met me at the property on a Sunday (his day off). Darryl’s guidance throughout was patient, clear and honest. He was helpful in suggesting tradesmen etc. and getting me to know the area. He gave me his personal mobile number with instructions that I could call hm or message him at anytime. For reasons completely outside Darryl’s remit as the estate agent, I met a few complications which delayed the purchase. Darryl was the driving force in sorting out these issues and getting everything back on track. I would thoroughly recommend Darryl.

GoogleMacaulay is so good in what he does! He showed us round in avery professional and yet friendly manner! He was very knowledgeable and helpful in sharing ideas of how we could make the most of the property since we were concerned about the issue of lack of enough space in the property. Many thanks again Macaulay, you're a star!

GoogleThe best estate agent in Corby that we have ever dealt with. They found us a tenant before the house even went on rightmove. We had continuous contact throughout the process. Can’t thank you guys enough for given us so much assurance. Leanne is an absolute diamond. There was nothing too big or small that she didn’t help us with. In the end we move all our rentals with them. 1000%recommended.!!!

GoogleJust recently used This agency for my house sale, and I was so impressed with their customer service! I dealt with Darryl who handled things from the start and was always prompt and couldn’t be more helpful. I was also helped by Leanne, who accompanied Darryl on valuation day, both full of knowledge! Both Darryl and Leanne kept me up to date constantly, and I also really appreciated Stuart’s expert advice on a few occasions when I had some worries. For someone like me who worries and likes to know all the details, they couldn’t do more to help me and put me at ease. Moving can be a scary time, but they really put me first! I highly recommend them and will use them in future for sure.

GoogleI just wanted to leave review to express how much I enjoyed the experience of selling our house through Stuart Charles Estate agent, Stuart himself was fantastic and did what he said he would do, which was to sell the house quickly, every member of his team that I came into contact with were also outstanding. When I need to sell my house again I’d definitely use Stuart Charles Estate agents again. Thanks again Stuart, great job 😁

GoogleStuart, Leanne and Darryl were all so helpful with our stressful move and even helped after their part of support was finished. Felt really comfortable being able to got to them with any concerns, went above and beyond to help and support us from when we put the house on the market until we finally moved into out home months later. Will definitely be going to Stuart Charles Estate agents first when we next move Amazing support thank you
