Google10 STARS . I read recent poor review and find it strange whilst recommending a n other agent. A friend maybe ? I have used 3 others and will not be returning to them. STUART CHARLES STAY OPEN LATE. Leanne did a viewing for me on a SUNDAY. She quickly found an ideal tenant for me . Fees are much more Competitive as are managing fees. I purchased 2 of my 3 rental properties from Stuart and will not be using anyone else. 20 years experience and motivated staff giving 100% and going above and beyond their remit I cannot rate them too highly.No wonder they are already expanding after being open for just a few months. Definitely THE BEST IN TOWN. Thank you so much for excellent results. .

GoogleGreat experience from the first meeting with Stuart. Great team and friendly people. Everything went smoothly. David was leading viewings. He came earlier, spoke to us, and when buyers started coming in for viewings he pointed out the best selling points of our house. He is a great young man, very polite and friendly. Although new in the team, definitely will build excellent future career.

GoogleI was letting a house under Stuart Charles Agency, but unfortunately or fortunately for the owner the house was up for sale and Stuart Charles managed to get them a buyer, we had been taken through this , the able team lead by Leanne has moved us to another property that suits all our needs, just within close proximity to where we lived,we did not have to worry or stress. They have supported us all the way. I would recommend them as a hands on reliable team that delivers in terms of all housing property needs.Xx

GoogleThe reason why I chose Stuart Charles as the People who work that were Friendly and approachable. To start off with the help with my buy to let mortgage and then Prepare me to rent my house out. As soon as it was on the market, it was let out in a couple of weeks. Communication was spot-on and with a few problems occurring they were there to fix taken away all stress free from myself. They charge 7% which is a lot lower than other companies. Thank you to the Team at Stuart Charles I couldn’t of done this without you 😊❤️

GoogleI would like to highly recommend Stuart Charles Estate Agents to anybody looking to buy a house or sell a house. We bought our house last June with help of this agency. They are very professional in everything they do. Me and my husband were looking on different properties months and months before we actually applied for a mortgage, and first thing that stands out from other agency are the pictures of properties, The Stuart Charles agency took the best photos of all agencies out in market. The agents, mortgage advisor and everyone at Stuart Charles worked so hard to help us with the purchase they were so kind and helpful. It took me a while to write this review because it is not easy to put on paper what you actually want to say as it would be even more to add more great thing about the agency. We know one thing myself and my husband will recommend Stuart Charles Estate Agents to anyone as they know they job very well.

GoogleGreat experience using Stuart Charles to list my property. I wouldn’t use anyone else in future. Nothing but personalised service, helpful advice and guidance and all in a friendly way. No question too small or big for these guys, they’ll answer or find the answer for you. Really flexible when you need them as well and make an effort to understand your circumstances and remember what it is you’re working around so that they can too. Sold my house within a week of listing it and have helped me search for my new home. Honestly nothing but a glowing review from me. Use them and you won’t be disappointed

GoogleBest agency in Corby . We had house on market for nearly 3 month with different agency and was nothing going forward, soon as we come to Stuart Charles Estate we sold the house in 24 h . They keep us update every 2 weeks how we get it on . I more then happy we choose this agency . Selling our house is a big move for personal, but she put me at ease. Stuart came out to value the property a few days later and he was extremely professional and nothing was rushed. He followed up with a phone call to ee how we were getting on and to put plans in place to come and take photos. Working in property industry for over 30 yrs he knows almost every property in Corby. GoogleHigh recommend , we had three appoiments in one day and one of them was with Stuart Charles Estate (first time buyer ) and we did'nt had enough clue how everything works but luckly we met Stuart and explain everything to us and also he did'nt rush us, we had plenty time to view properly the property and answer to all question with good manner, and the reason we mention we view three property on the same day is because the other two estate agents did'nt explain and answer to our question properly, and they rush us badly (rud).
