She has been such a wonderful go-between for my solicitors and the seller's solicitors; without her, our house-buying procedure would have not been completed on time. GoogleStuart has sold many properties for me in the past. He is extremely knowledgeable of the local property market and is very keen to work with you no mater if you are selling or buying. He doesn't bamboozle you with a whole load of jargon , he tells you it as it is. So down to earth, exactly what you need when things are a little stressful.

GoogleFrom a buyer's perspective, Darryl was brilliant in my mother's purchase, keeping us informed and chasing through the obstacles that were impeding us. Nothing too much trouble and he was a real professional throughout. I can imagine he's just as helpful to vendors - he gets things moving!

GoogleWhat a wonderful team they have at Stuart Charles. I sold my house through them and despite having a rather awkward buyer they were very professional and went over and above to help with the sale. I have to give a special mention to the wonderful Michaela who kept me informed on a regular basis as to where we were in the sale. I would highly recommend this estate agent.
