Tom and Jordan from Simpson West Corby have been absolutely brilliant. We are from Birmingham and have been planning for some time to move closer to our family in Corby. We arranged a viewing, received an email confirmation and even a reminder on the morning. We were very impressed with the property, it was exactly what we wanted and only 2.5 mile from our family. We made an offer and asked if they could try to let us know as soon as possible so that we could avoid having to travel there for more viewings the following week. Amazingly during our drive home they made contact, our offer was accepted and sold subject to contract had been entered on the website before we walked in the door. What fabulous service!! We were over the moon and feel so confident that we are dealing with such a professional estate agent going forward.

We were assisted by Tiah Bull in our viewings! She was very helpful and showed us some lovely houses to our spec & was super quick in getting them organised! This led to us finding a diamond! We would highly recommend Simpson West and Tiah even moreso!

We rented our house through Simpson West for 12 months while our house was being built. On handing the keys back, we were disgusted to find an email from Angelina stating the property hadn't been cleaned as there was a fingerprint on the door handle and therefore without rectifying this, we wouldn't get all of our £800 deposit back. We had spent two days cleaning the property to ensure it was clean for the next tenants and even paid for the carpets to be professionally cleaned. Angelina was lovely through the duration of our tenancy, but the moment we queried about our deposit, she did a full 180. My partner had a shouting match on the phone that ended in Angelina calling him a liar when he said the carpets had been cleaned, which is simply not acceptable from a company who claims to be professional. Would not recommend Simspon west, ever.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality
