Amba was very informative throughout the entire process of trying to rent our current property. We had a couple of setbacks with regard to our moving in date, but Amba ensured that both myself and my partner were fully in the loop and up-to-date. She has been both patient and helpful. Any questions we had were answered, and any doubts or worries were put at ease. Amba is an asset to Simpson West, and an absolute star. She is someone that I would recommend to friends or family moving house. She appears to enjoy her job very much. Thank you, Amba.

I saw a property on rightmove and contacted simpsons west in corby. I was dealt with the person named Sanjay who was absolutely brilliant when touring the property and explained each and every bit of the process involving the purchase of the new property. Sanjay was helpful, supportive, and very professional throughout the process of the purchase and updated me regularly. I highly recommend others to purchase through Sanjay if they are looking for there first house or a investment house.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Tom at SW Corby, he went above and beyond to help me with my Cash Only Purchase of my new 4 bed 3bath home for myself and my 3 children! He made extra enquiries for me and put me in touch with the relevant information and people to help me with the sale! I also enjoyed the amazing hospitality from the whole team on the day of my completion and I really felt welcomed to the area! (I’ve only moved 93 miles- but it’s a fresh start 🥳) Thank you Again for your support and wonderful service- and good luck to everyone else who works with SW Corby- it’s a great team 🥰

As a first time buyer we began the journey not knowing what we are looking for. Tom was very helpful and booked viewings in very promptly even showing the newest properties as they went on the market. Within just a few viewings we found the perfect first house for us. Great communication and help throughout the whole process was given. This time last year I did not think I would be owning a house and thank to the support of the staff it was made possible.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Sanjay Akurugoda, Branch manager for Simpson West Corby during our search for a new home for my friend Shiju and Anu, and we cannot recommend him highly enough. He provided a five-star service that exceeded our expectations in every way. I cannot thank Sanjay enough for everything, he went above and beyond to help us with our friend's house purchase! very professional and efficient with his services. Sanjay and his team are incredibly professional, sympathetic, and friendly. His approachable demeanour and positive attitude made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Sanjay truly cared about us finding the right property that met our needs and preferences. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and provided valuable recommendations and advice. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you find your perfect home, look no further than Sanjay and his team. Thank you, Sanjay, for your outstanding service! I purchased a home through Simpson West and Sanjay was very accommodating and kept me up to date during legal process. Considering it was my first purchase, I was very nervous going into it, and I cannot praise the support and advice I received more. Thank you to Sanjay and to the rest of the team who were all lovely!

Simpson West have been a delight to work with from the start! We were trying to rent a place in an area with a very high demand and had to view a few places before we finally landed on our current one. Amba was our point of contact, and she was extremely helpful and supportive from start to finish! I was especially impressed by her quick reply time - based on past experiences I was ready to have to wait days before I get an email back, but Amba would reply within literal minutes after I've sent her an email. Overall a very smooth experience, commendations to both Simpson West and Amba!

My experience dealing with Simpson West was brilliant. Despite the purchase taking so long due to Land registry issues I was being very well kept up to date. Tiah was fantastic, keeping me more informed as to what was going on than my own solicitor. I would definitely recommend this agency.

I had a great experience working with Sanjay when I purchased my property. His professionalism, expertise, and dedication guided me through the house buying process in a timely manor. He also managed to provide a solution for furniture storage in between exchange and completion which took a lot of the stress out of the process. He is always willing to help and provide solutions through every step. I would definitely recommend Sanjay and Simpson West estate agents if you are looking to sell or buy a property.
