Simpson West and the team have been fantastic from the very beginning and have set the bar very high, they arranged viewings for my property before it was even marketed and we were sold within the week! Even through COVID-19 and with a high case load the communication was fantastic and the staff were always a phone call away. A shoutout to Aimee and Sanjay however who went above and beyond to assist me and provide comfort when we had lots of issues during the process, with Aimee even offering her work mobile number so we could communicate instantly with each other and representing me when calling other estate agents. I want to do a BIG shout out to the management admin team!!!! Claire and Pearl were outstanding!! I am sure management are always praising their sales team and forget about the team who have one of the hardest jobs in an estate agent. It is truly underestimated how hard managing properties can be but Pearl and Claire made it look easy. If there was a problem they responded quickly and sorted it without delay or fuss. When they did inspections of the home we rented they did not make us uncomfortable it felt more like a friend was popping round and being nosey. Simpson should be beyond proud to have an admin team as strong as theirs and should celebrate their success and professionalism because they represent Simpson in all that they do and they do it well, very well! I cannot thank them enough for caring for us during our tenancy and always supporting us. I would recommend renting through Simpson because this was the first rental oit of a few where there was actually a decent management team looking after it. Simpson managers please do not forget to praise your management team, they are fantastic and that is hard to find.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I recently sold my house through Simpson West and was very happy with the overall experience. They had buyers lined up to view from the moment I made the decision to sell through them, and my house was sold in less than a week. Communication was good, they were always available to answer my questions and queries, when I had any. Every member of staff I spoke to or dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. Tom and Helena have been absolute lifesavers throughout what ended up being a very difficult purchase of our first property (through no fault of their own) - unfortunately our seller’s conveyancers were very difficult to work with but both Tom and Helena have been incredible throughout dealing with our purchase and smoothing over the (very) many bumps in the road…. After previously trying to purchase a different property with another agent and being spoken to incredibly rudely after I had to pull out, it has been a breath of fresh air to feel like we’ve had allies with this property with our agents. I have Autism and this can really affect how I deal with unfamiliar situations (like buying my first house!) where I don’t know the “rules” - Tom and Helena always responded quickly and with kindness, which massively helped my anxiety I will 100% be using Tom and Helena, as well as the wider team for our property needs in future. 10/10!
