Our journey with Simpson West has been an extremely positive experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, Chris and Sanjay are extremely professional, courteous, and respectful and should be very proud of how they conduct themselves.

Having had great success purchasing previous properties through Simpson West, Corby, we immediately contacted them to assist us in the sale of a property. We met with Jordan to obtain a sales figure for the property and discussed sales costs etc. Very helpful and informative, we agreed to Market the property through Simpson West. The property received an offer (for the asking price) shortly after it was put on the market. The sale went through well and we were kept informed by Sanjay and the Simpson West staff at each stage. Thanks ALL at Simpson West, Corby.

My husband and I were very happy with the service that we received from Simpson West. The agent was very good at explaining to us every step that we were taking for the completion of our rental application. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Good customer care as well, which is a very rare thing to find nowadays.

Very grateful to Tom for helping us find a forever home. We were looking for ages, and as soon as this appeared on the market Tom got us in immediately to view. We offered that day :D

I did some research before choosing to allow Simpson West to act as agents to rent out my property in Boughton Road , Corby. I had lived in the property myself since the house was built, and as I was leaving to move in with my partner I left in situ , a washing machine, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. Very early on I found it almost impossible to speak to anyone in the letting office. The office in Thrapston was manned only occasionally , I left numerous messages if I needed to speak to anyone and never did they get back to me. It was all very frustrating. I travel a lot , sometimes away for as much as 2 months and had hoped that Simpson and West would a company that I could rely on. I decided to sell my property and the obvious choice was to sell using the same company that I had used to rent it out. To the credit of Simpson and West they found a buyer very quickly , this sale fell through because the buyer had personal problems, but , a new buyer was found within a couple of weeks. The sale was going through with the same slow speed we are used to when selling property and solicitors are involved . I asked Simpson and West to allow me to collect my white goods before the completion date and was informed that I could not have them back. I did not sell my house to include white goods , in fact the buyer did not want them. I offered them to the tenant and she did not want them either. Eventually I was told that unless I left them in the property for the tenant to use until she moved I would lose the sale , so had no choice but to leave them , on the understanding that Simpson and West would contact me when she moved out and I could then have them back. I found out by chance that the tenant had moved out so contacted Simpson asking to collect them. I arranged a date and a time to arrive with a hired van to collect my 3 items. On my arrival I was told my fridge freezer was in the garden shed ( which had been damaged squeezing it in ) there was no sign of my dishwasher and the washing machine was no where to be seen either. . Simpson West deny all knowledge and have refused to compensate me for my loss, which a a pensioner I can ill afford to lose. I WOULD NEVER EVER USE SIMPSON WEST AGAIN> and suggest anyone looking to rent out a property look elsewhere.

Sanjay I think was born to do this job. From very beginning right to the very end he was the only person to speak to and get most up to date info. If Ill be buying/selling property again, and I will, I want Sanjay to be my man who will look after it. I dont have enough words to describe how well I fell served. I wish all customer services has worked in 50% of what I've seen with Simpson West and Sanjay in Corby.

Seven years ago we purchased our house through Simpson West and had been very happy with them, so we were more than happy to ask them to sell it for us. Throughout the sale of our house in Priors Hall we could always rely on the support of the team at Simpson West, they advised us on how to secure the best price for our property and on how to best present it for selling. Jordan and Tom could always be relied upon to provide feedback to us on viewings and once an offer was made on the property we knew we could rely on Tom to keep us updated. Well done and many thanks to the team.
