GoogleThe Corby branch were absolutely outstanding, whilst preparing the property for market they were contacting potential buyers on their books and I had three viewings before formal launch. Within 24hrs of formal launch I had five viewers booked in. Incredible service and was kept fully updated with feedback from each viewer. There’s no such thing as a day off to them and they work even when their day is supposed to have finished. The marketing was fabulous and Dani who does the photography is so professional. She takes her time to ensure that the pictures are accurate. Craig, Courtney, the whole team are a credit and I highly recommend.

GoogleMarketing your home in a way that reaches the right type of buyer is essential. Some agents will flatter their client with a stampede of viewers, only to disappoint through a lack of offers. This can be frustrating and time consuming. From the outset, Oscar James provided us with detailed information about prospective viewers and how likely they were to proceed. All our viewers were genuine prospective buyers. When an offer is made, the substance of that offer is just as vital as its value. As we all know, an agreement is not the same thing as a completed sale. Oscar James have stayed focussed and committed throughout, ensuring that all parties are kept up to date on progress. Small details can delay a sale, so it's essential that your agent keeps their eyes and ears open at all times. For buyers, nothing compares to an agency that can understand their client's wishes and identify the right homes to consider. This is where quality rather than quantity is so important, another area where Oscar James excel. Our thanks to all at Oscar James for their persistence and hard work, their open and friendly approach will be remembered when we next come to buy or sell.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

FacebookWe viewed a property for sale with Oscar James months ago as prospective Landlords, and Claire stood out from the crowd in her willingness to give us independent guidance - despite us not proceeding with the purchase. We went on to seek her guidance on another prospective property for sale with another agent - and Claire's abundant experience, proactivity and willingness to guide us, led to us deciding early on that Oscar James were the right choice for us when we were ready to market the property for rental. True to the promise, our property had 5 viewings booked within 4 hours of being released onto the market, and was let (subject to references etc.) inside 24 hours. We have continued to receive strong service throughout the move-in process and subsequently. We couldn't fault Oscar James in their partnership approach and would highly recommend them.
