Hi Anele Thank you all so much, in particular yourself and Vicky and the whole team. Thank your for the card and the Prosecco we will hopefully get to enjoy that tomorrow (if we can find some glasses!) Second house we have sold through yourselves and just wanted to say that yet again your approach and attitude the whole way through has been fantastic, a breath of fresh air! You have made the whole process so easy and less stressful, even with my constant phone calls towards the end. Thank you all again and I’m sure we will be in touch soon with some other projects we are looking at! Kind Regards JOBY SIMSON ACIAT

We have recently bought our house with Oscar James. We have been dealing with Charlie, who has provided us with an outstanding service. Highly professional, extremely understanding , he went over and beyond to help us finding the right property for our need and budget. We are extremely grateful for all the support and absolutely recommend this estate agent above any other in the local area.PositiveProfessionalism

Every member of staff I spoke to when selling my house were so friendly and went beyond the call of duty to be as helpful as they possibly could. Most weeks I got a phone call to update me of the state of play with the sale. I would recommend Oscar James Estate Agents 100%. This is the first time I was in the position of selling a house so I was not familiar with house selling procedures but I was advised and kept in the picture from start to finish.

We didn't actually buy or sell through Oscar James but we did view several houses with them and they were by far my favourite estate agent to view with. We met Kane a lot in Burton and he was just so friendly, professional and understanding. They were going to be my next point of call to try and sell our house but didn't need to in the end. Would absolutely recommend because from a buyer's point of view I always looked forward to meeting them and always happy to take their calls, rather than dreading it like some of the others

After visiting a high street bank and being offered an agreement in principle, we found a house with the help of Oscar James, and James Potts in particular. He then put us in touch with Dan Cowing who guaranteed to beat the offer we had got from the bank. Not only did he do this by a significant margine but he also talked us through it, every step of the way. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly as we are first time buyers. I would highly recommend the services of Oscar James and Dan in particular, and would suggest any first time buyers seek his advice before listening to a bank.

I used Oscar James as the management agent when letting my property, in all honesty probably the best estate agents I’ve had the pleasure to work with, Vicki who dealt with me was amazing and went above and beyond.

Impressive from the very first phone call right through to completion. They sold our property in under 24 hours and the team supported us through our entire sale and new house purchase. Brendan in particular was fantastic, never tired of our questions, was always available and made us feel we were in safe hands throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Oscar James to anyone looking for a highly professional and efficient house move.

Disappointing

We recently sold our bungalow through Oscar James, Corby and although they were initially very proactive, once the bungalow was sold, we barely heard from them. Our buyer’s estate agent were exactly the opposite and kept us updated through their sales progression manager. She was knowledgeable and approachable. I would not recommend Oscar James.

Although I did not buy through Oscar James, Chloe was very helpful and pro-active in showing my properties that fitted within my criteria - thanks Chloe !!

Brilliant service from Dan

Brilliant service from Dan, we have used him for our last 3/4 mortgages and even speak with him as and when required for advice. Nothing too much trouble and has great market knowledge and experience. Will continue to use him for all our mortgage needs.

Amazing agency! They got back to me extremely quickly after asking online about a house and arranged the viewing within a couple of days. The communication was brilliant and I was kept informed of the progress every step of the way. Super friendly agents who genuinely cared and made the whole process smooth and pain free. Would 100% use them again!

They were really clear about the pricing and cost, they never changed or wavered through a long experience. We had a couple of contacts early on. Our house sold after 12 days on being on the market. Lois stayed with us through out and Craig absolutely brought the transaction to a successful end.
