FacebookCharlie came out to see a lady I look after, as her bungalow had been on the market for nearly a year with 2 other agents in the town.. after a couple of short months, Oscar James have sold the property and the lady who owns it couldn’t be happier - all her worries have gone! She can’t thank Charlie and the rest of the team enough! Amazing service that I would recommend to anyone. They have definitely proven to be the most proactive estate agents around!

FacebookI rent out a house through Oscar James and they have been excellent. Our first tenancy didn't go smoothly, but Becky dealt with it thoroughly and professionally over a number of months despite many frustrations. I always felt that things were in safe hands with the Oscar James team. The advice and guidance is always helpful and very often I find myself leaving any issues in Becky's hands, knowing that whatever action needs to be taken will be carried out appropriately and professionally. That is invaluable peace of mind for a landlord.

Recently sold our house through Oscar James and I can’t thank and refer them enough! Dom F took on the sale of our property and was very professional and communicated really well. Towards the end of the sale, there were quite a few challenges which wasn’t their fault and Dom F was absolutely fantastic at keeping us all informed and went above and beyond to get everything organised and over the line. I would highly recommend!

Facebookvery efficient and fast, we were given a very short notice to move and found a perfect house in a location we wanted through Oscar and James, from viewing to moving in less than 2 weeks and when asked if we can move 3 days early Bradley made it possible which took a ton of weight to our to our stressful ordeal, the process is super fast all done electronically. Highly recommended. thank you.

GoogleTHE BEST EXPERIENCE The services provided from the beginning to the end of securing our house were fantastic and professional. We met Peggy, an incredible estate agent, who had shown us multiple properties. After a discussion of what we were looking for, she immediately knew what house would be more suitable for us. It was great having Peggy as she is a knowledgeable, kind and patient estate agent, always promptly replying to the emails or phone calls, making the process less stressful but also super friendly and easily approachable. On this journey, we had the pleasure of receiving advice from Aidan, the mortgage advisor, who has done a great job in explaining everything to us and making sure that if we have any questions, we can contact him at any time. We are highly thankful and grateful for meeting Peggy and Aidan. So impressed with their professionalism and expertise! Thank you, Oscar James! Would highly recommend it!

I found a house many months ago that suited my needs to start a new life for me and my 9yr old son, as I refuse to go back into rented accommodation.I am a cash buyer and I thought I had secured the house, I have lost count on how many months its been now, its been so long for me that I have littrally become homeless living out of my car from next week, due to all of this.I was understanding at first but I am absolutely discusted, the stress this has caused me is beyond measurable.This situation has even caused a divide between me and my family.I AM ABSOLUTELY SO ANGRY AT THIS COMPANY RIGHT NOW I LITTRALLY CAN'T TAKE THE STRESS OF THIS ANYMORE.

FacebookWe had Shaun out to value our house, Shaun undervalued the house by a substantial amount and told me ‘come back to me with a valid reason why we should list your house for £350k otherwise I will not list it for this price’. well our house sold for £410k with the first viewers with another agent. I am so pleased we did not use Oscar James. Shaun undervalued the house constantly, making us feel very deflated afterwards. Obviously he was the one that was miles away from its true value had we listened to him we would be £60,000+ down! Would not recommend.

FacebookYou have the best team ever! From Jade and Jess and your photographer at the start to Sam and Chloe at the end of the sale I can’t have asked for better support and service. This is the first time I have sold a property and I was selling this home for my mum so this could have been a stressful process especially as in lockdown. Would 100% recommend Oscar James to anyone who wants viewings that are organised and plentiful and once sale agreed someone chasing the sale and updating you all the way. Every member of staff through the whole process was brilliant. 4 months from first contact until we completed and couldn’t have asked for better help and support from this fab team. Thank you. 🙏

Highly recommend to anyone who wants to sell/buy their home.

I was met with a warm friendly face and was treated with the upmost sensitivity and understanding. Right through the process I was updated, considered and supported. I can not express my gratitude enough. I would highly recommend this branch. This is a prime example if a team at its best.

FacebookJust like to say a huge thank you to the lettings team at the Northampton office and especially to Claire who managed to secure a tenant for us in less than a week of changing agents to Oscar James!!! Our property was on the market with another agent for 6 weeks and no joy, no feedback and lack of communication. Within a week we had 3 offers and the communication and updates were fantastic!!! Can not recommend these guys enough whether it’s to let your property or buy or sell......you will get the professional and enthusiastic services of this fantastic company that you deserve! 👌👌
