FacebookWhat a fantastic estate agent from start to finish. From the moment we got in touch with Josh, to then meeting Tenise and being kept up to date over the telephone by the rest of the team. Our property was on the market for four days, we have been kept up to date throughout the whole process and haven’t had to worry about anything as the team at Oscar James did all the work. If we needed to ask a question about anything, we made a quick call and it was all sorted over the phone there and then. I would highly recommend using Oscar James for everything, from Selling your home, to buying your next home. They were an absolute dream to work with and cannot fault them in anyway.
Hi Benjamin what a lovely review, thank you so much for taking the time to write it. Congratulations on the exchange and I hope the move goes well on Friday. 🏡

FacebookWe recently purchased a house with Oscar James Estate Agents. They were great throughout, from our initial viewing with Charlotte through to completion they were really helpful, efficient and easily contactable. Vicky was fab during the conveyancing process, chasing up both ours and our sellers solicitors and keeping us regularly updated the whole time. Thank you for making it so easy and stress free!!

FacebookDaniel has been an absolute star, he has turned around a mortgage for us in what we initially thought would be unrealistic time scales after being let down by another provider...2 weeks later and we have the keys to our new home. We can’t thank him enough for everything he has done to make this happen for us. We will be forever grateful.

TrustpilotA great estate agent
We have bought and sold many properties in our time. The service we have received from estate agents has usually rated somewhere between poor and very poor. Oscar James have been a breath of fresh air. From the moment we met Craig at our property, right through to completion with Ryan, the staff have been friendly, communicative and professional. It is no surprise that their reviews are so positive and we would have no hesitation in recommending Oscar James to anyone buying or selling a property.

GoogleI brought this agency on after the sale of my property fell through with my previous company. They work really hard to make sure viewers were booked in quickly and spent time showing people all the features of the house rather than a quick run around like other agents have done. They also worked to ensure we got a good sale price and then supported us getting the move done as quickly as possible. If i ever look to sell again i would defiantly use Oscar James

FacebookOscar James were absolutely brilliant from start to finish! We’ve just completed on our first home and the process couldn’t of gone any smoother! 11 weeks from putting in an offer and getting the keys during a global pandemic! Thank you to Tenise and the whole team for all your hard work!

GoogleOscar James have been by far the best estate agents I've ever dealt with! Right from the start, everyone I spoke with was polite, professional and positive about selling my property. Shaun Dodson at the Corby office was my agent and he's been a total diamond! He sold my property in less than 18 hours and now just two months later I'm ready to complete!! Very attentive, great communication and helpful. I couldn't have done this without Shaun. Even though my property was at the modest end of the market with no forward sale I still received a AAA+ service that I couldn't be more happy with! Thank you so much!!

GoogleWhat a great experience it has been working with Eamon at Oscar James. I signed up with three different agencies to help get my house sold as well as to find a new home. Out of the three agencies, only Oscar James made a real effort to actively look for properties that I would like (Eamon listened to what my requirements in a home were) and they also actively worked my property and were able to secure a buyer for me within just 4 weeks!! Great personal service where I was made to feel I mattered. I would highly recommend if you’re looking to buy or sell.

GoogleFrom initial enquiry for a valuation through to selling my property Craig, Sophie and Lara were fantastic. Always on hand to answer any questions. Highly recommend them if looking to sell your property.

GoogleJames, Eamonn and the entire Oscar James team have been nothing short of phenomenal during what has been a topsy turvy buying process with other agents. We are grateful for their personable, enthusiastic service which is consistent throughout the company. We are so happy our business in buying a home eventually lead to Oscar James as they thoroughly deserve it! We will wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling.

GoogleBought a house back in March 2020, the team at Oscar James made the purchase as easy as it could be, in particular Olivia Steele & Sam Stanley, who's communication throughout was spot on. If selling I would use without a question.

GoogleAs a complete first timer with no clue, Paul has been super helpful and made the whole experience of buying a house less scary. No question seemed silly or a problem to ask. Would definitely recommend their services to family & friends

GoogleAfter having some substantial issues listing our property with an online estate agents, we decided to list with Oscar James in a bid sell our property. They were fantastic to work with, kept us updated at each stage of the process and secured our sale and purchase. GoogleFantastic service from start to finish in securing our house sale. You often hear of agents saying they have a buyer interested before you have even listed but this was absolutely the case - We were kept informed all through the process and achieved the price we wanted. We will not hesitate to use Oscar James again and thoroughly recommend them to anybody wishing to sell their home.
