Oscar James Northampton helped me buy my first home. Id highly recommend Steph, I gave her my wish list and she found me the house. Steph & Matt were both really great to deal with and I was kept up to date from offer accepted to getting my keys. They made the experience of being a first time buyer less scary and I'm now all settled in my lovely new home - thanks Steph & Matt

FacebookCannot thank Steph and Charles enough, from finding our dream first home through to completion they were amazing. They both made it so stress free and were always on hand to answer any questions we had. Steph was so well organised getting everything needed from the vendor and ourselves super quick which lead to us completing in 5 weeks! As well as taking time out whenever we requested to let us in to the property to take measurements etc. We can’t wait to move into our new home😊 Thank you both so much xx

It was not an easy process from our end due to selling a shared ownership property, but Steph was superb and communicating across the whole chain and making sure everyone was kept in the loop. 100% happy to go the extra mile to make sure everyone in chain was informed and felt as stress free as possible. Also an excellent knowledge of the Abington & Northampton area and gave myself and my family a lot of confidence in moving to the area. Couldn’t recommend Stephanie enough and will defiantly use Steph and Oscar James again if we are ever to move. Jake

Olivia is such a friendly bubbly person and always thought of us when a new property came and always tried her best to get us the first viewing, always called us and followed up on our search too. FacebookOscar James Estate Agents are simply the best we have ever instructed. From taking professional photos and videos, to marketing our house on various property and social media platforms, they didn't leave a stone left unturned. They also use an automated booking system which sent me a text and an email to confirm appointments. In particular, Steph was simply brilliant. She sells a house rather than just showing prospective buyers various rooms and was present for every single viewing. She points out all of the pros and gave great responses for any mild concerns of these prospective buyers. Steph sold our house in just 7 weeks and for a new build on an estate where you can still purchase a brand new house, this was impressive. Steph was always on hand to answer any questions I had for both my property as well as her opinion on properties we were interested in buying. I would not hesitate to recommend Steph and Oscar James.

GoogleI’ve viewed in the region of 40 properties with 7 or 8 different agents, since July 2020. Olivia Steele From Oscar James Corby, whom i have had a great deal of contact with particularly in the last 4-6 weeks, easily stands out as the best agent i have dealt with in my property search. Estate agents in general have a none too flattering persona and most i met with, certainly lived up to this perception. Olivia is different in a wonderfully professional and personal way. She has a friendly personality that you cant help but built trust and assurance with. She doesn't use fake facts or try to suggest things aren't as they seem. She's honest, considerate of the sellers she represent and buyers she's trying to sell to. I desperately wanted to buy a house from Olivia but alas, there wasn't a suitable property with her or Oscar James Corby. If i find myself in a position to move again, Olivia will be my go to agent. Thank you for all your hard work at finding me a property and your energetic without being over empowering, open, trustworthy, friendly and heartwarming approach to estate agency. After several months on the market with a different estate agent and no joy with our sale, we were contacted by Charlie & Dan of Oscar James - Corby branch, enquiring if they could have the opportunity to get us our sale that we were so desperate for. From the moment Charlie visited us at our home and Dan conducted our first viewing, we knew we were going to sell quickly. We were communicated with constantly by Charlie at every stage and true to their reassurance, we sold within ten days! From the day we registered our interest in a property Oscar James had advertised to the day of exchange and completion, both Neill Maycock and Katie Middleton have been outstanding. They went above and beyond what I expected in terms of customer service and support. I initially dealt with Neill who I can only describe as being superbly professional, extremely friendly and someone I trusted to support our offer and subsequent actions to bring us through to exchange and completion. Katie was also instrumental in keeping us on track, up to date on any actions needed and again I couldn’t fault her efficiency or friendliness. If you want a reliable, honest and trustworthy estate agents then I couldn’t recommend Oscar James enough to you. Seldom do I leave such glowing reports and reviews but I certainly do make the exception when exceptional service has been delivered Great work Neill & Katie Paul Raven

Wow! Daniel, the fact that you have continued to troll our business after calling and abusing my staff daily for months being vile and outright disgusting is incredible and now you choose to try to cause damage by leaving reviews on various platforms!?! We can only assume that this is because your own business failed within a year of start up and you’re jealous that we’ve created a culture where we actually care!! FacebookSuch a professional and friendly service from the start. Matt filled me with confidence from day 1 when valuing my house and he and the team did not disappoint. The brochure photographs were so good it almost made me not want to sell! Stephanie was fantastic and after a few false starts with buyers falling through( not OJs fault!) she secured the ultimate buyer..a cash buyer! Could not recommend Matt and the team enough
