Honestly 5 stars is not enough for everything that I got ! I had such a good opportunity to rent a house through Connells, That now I can name it home. I was in such a hurry to do so, i Had the pleasure to be helped by Nikky ( Nikky Boyles), I came around a house that i really liked, and give a call, Nikky was wonderful, as i have applied and just a couple of hours later i got a call from them, She helped me in each step, understanding my circumstances and making sure that she will do it fast and easy, i have called , spoke with her, had such a great conversation and assure me that everything will be done really fast, she booked me to see the house just a couple of hours later, i have seen it loved it and been assured that the house is like mine now, paid the fee and got it off market as there were other people that were interested in it but Nikky made my day as it was one day before new years eve, and honestly I would never in a million years was thinking that i can get the house that fast and around holidays but Nikky took out time of herself to make sure that everything is done as fast as it can be, i have seen the house on 30th of December and on the 9th of January i have moved in, they helped me with everything, from utilities to meeting with the landlord and making sure if i have any difficulties to give her a call, never seen such a good service and i'm so glad that i contacted them, so easy, so fast and so comfortable, been dealing with other agencies in the past and been lead on for weeks even months, but with Connells i had everything sorted out in less than a week, good job to them and hope they keep on doing what they do cause honestly they took all the pressure i had on my shoulders!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The best money we have ever spent. Buying a house at the start of the first lockdown all of a sudden felt very scary and unsure. Kasia was an absolute rock. Not only did she guide two first time buyers through the process to allow us to make informed, unbias choices on our first mortgage. She also went above and beyond to support us during the every changing COVID guidelines. I genuinely do not think we would have completed on this house without her. I have been dealing with Estate agents in several counties for some months now and can honestly say Thomas Whitcombe and indeed the team at Connells in Corby were amazing. Friendly, knowlegable about the area and properties, super professional from the start, Thomas went out of his way to ensure I made the most of the whole day I had booked in Corby to view properties, booking in appointments on the day and again when I returned for second viewings. So much so he showed me a house I had viewed but forgotten about which is indeed the very property I have just purchased today. Kasia is fantastic, 5 stars is not enough to be rated at what she does.I can't sing her praises enough.We were constantly updated and fully informed throughout the whole process making the first experience for us as easy as possible. First of all I would like to thank ms Katarzyna Gawron from Connells Corby for bringing my faith back about getting our dream home. In January last year me and my partner decided to buy our first home. We went through few different mortgage advisories, but non of them was as professional, experienced, motivated, dedicated and positive as Kasia. I’m a pessimist and it’s difficult for me to believe that good things can happen to me and my family. She said to me at the beginning (it will be a long and difficult journey but together we can do it) and guess what?! She was right! For past 2 months me and my family are living in our new home. If you want a Mortgage Adviser who knows exactly what she's talking about then you need to go and see Kasia at Connells. Kasia was fantastic, very knowledgeable and her warm personality was the icing on the cake. We secured a mortgage that was right for our situation because of her expertise and could not have done it without her. We also arranged insurances, both property and personal through Kasia as again she had a wealth of knowledge. I would most definitely recommend Kasia and the Lifetime Mortgage Service. I contacted Connells Corby on Thursday at 12:20 pm I spoke with Taylor and she was absolutely fantastic. Up beat friendly and put me at ease as soon as we spoke. Within 30 seconds of me telling her my requirements she had found me a match and informed me of the property. We decided to meet at the property at 3PM, upon my arrival at the property I was instantly made to feel Welcome and at ease, Taylor went above and beyond in her explanation of the property and took the time to discuss my current situation with genuine care and support making me feel at a very low point in my life that people do still care and made me feel confident in going for the house leaving me feeling a lot more positive about myself than when I arrived. Taylor is a credit to Connells and I would like to say is excellent at her job. Not only did she put me at ease but she went the extra mile pulled out all the stops to get the rental agreed as soon as possible making my current situation massively easier. 17 hours after meeting at the property the deal was done and I now have a home. My initial impression was not very good when we first put our house up for sale. The rightmove listing was incomplete and was missing the floor plan. Pretty much all of the staff changed after the house was put on the market and the new staff were much better. Daryl always kept me up to date and returned calls when he'd assured me he would. Ben was very accomodating once the single agent period had expired due to the issues that he'd inherited from his predecessor. My final impression after dealing with the new crew was very positive and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
