After my review below, I have gone back to Connells to seek advice and look at my options. The team (Abigail) couldn't be any more help than she was, very friendly and professional. This goes for the whole team that I have liaised with. In the time I started out with Connells, some staff have moved on but the existing team are absolutely superb and make you feel at ease and explain everything with such detail, it makes the most complicated scenarios very understandable. I was initially contacted by Connells regarding my position and with some fantastic advice, my ambition of owning my own home came along 18 months sooner than my original plan. I spoke with Kasia about my mortgage options and circumstances and from the very start right through the process, she has been absolutely superb. The complete professional, in depth knowledge and the ability to flex her approach when discussing various issues depending on my own knowledge of the topic. With a very thorough explanation and with a very friendly and caring attitude, you can tell Kasia is the complete trustworthy professional. I only really dealt with Kasia but from the time I walked through the door at Connells, someone was there to welcome me and ensure I was ok and offered me a drink and seat whilst I waited for my appointment. Whilst doing this you could tell there was a very good team working closely together and very professional. I highly recommend using The Connells team in Corby.

Selling 2 properties in Nash Close following an aborted sale. Amy was quick to put it back into the market with viewings arranged very soon. Tom and Amy work together and we accepted an offer for 1 one of the houses. The other one was done after valuation and offer was accepted within 24 hours. They were always courteous, exceptional service so far and both of them communicate very well and work seamlessly as a team. Well done and it was pleasant interacting with you both so far.

Abigail is an absolutely amazing agent. I cannot fault the outstanding service I received from Abi who helped me through from start to finish getting my mortgage sorted. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the best mortgage offer, couldn’t fault the service at all from her. She has been extremely prompt in responding to me, provides regular updates and is proactive in moving the process forward in a professional manner. I’ve dealt with other mortgage advisors in the past but to me she is simply the best. Would highly recommend her service!

We got Abigail as our mortgage advisor. We were trying with different advisors before and I can honestly say she is the best one, I couldn’t have imagined anybody better. She is professional, kind and she was always ready to answer all of our questions and concerns. The biggest plus is that with Connells we got help with all of the steps of buying the house (personal insurance, home insurance, will) not only the mortgage. I went into the Oakley Vale branch in October last year and met Nikki Boyles who deals with letting she was so helpful and advised me that they had a contract with some new flats near the Train Station which I had my heart set on. Nikki promised to keep in touch and keep me updated and she couldn't she always ensured a member of the team always would. Despite not getting as many flats as she had hoped I am still sitting In my new flat that I am so pleased with due to Nikki working her magic and getting me one. I can't thank her enough abd her team for all there support and help. Fantastic experience and made my move extremely smoothly. Would recommend to anyone who wants a stress free move.

some peoples thoughts about estate agents are mixed, the team here at connells are fantastic. They have been very helpful and attentive through out the procedure so far. The house viewing with Kieran was done at his expense as I couldn't do within certain parameters of his work, this alone not a lot of people would do, this shows commitment and professionalism to the job and it was very much apricated. The house valuation with Elliot again was done and couldn't be faulted, being prompt and committed to make sure he had all the information and made us aware of all the details required. he also showed various other houses similar to our own and went through in detail about the valuation he had given to make sure he covered all bases. Abi the mortgage advisor was great, she understood what we was doing with the house and worked around us as well, she was very quick and polite collating al the information she required to get the outcome required. When she said she would be in touch or get the relevant information to me, it happened at the time she said it would, this also is vary rare to find but was delivered brilliantly.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
