A big thank you to amazing Abigail Kaylor for the way she sorted our mortgage application. Bought a property on auction on Jan 13th and mortgage application was approved on Feb 11th.It's all because of Abigail's expertise and experience in this area of dealing with mortgage applications which made the journey smoother with not much hassle. Abigail is very professional and always available to answer queries that I have got. At one point there was a bit of an issue with the application due to someone else's error and Abigail went online and resolved it even when she was off due to sickness . For which I will always be thank full to her. She knows how to get things done for her clients. Would recommend Abigail and looking forward to work with her in the future as well.

After my review below, I have gone back to Connells to seek advice and look at my options. The team (Abigail) couldn't be any more help than she was, very friendly and professional. This goes for the whole team that I have liaised with. In the time I started out with Connells, some staff have moved on but the existing team are absolutely superb and make you feel at ease and explain everything with such detail, it makes the most complicated scenarios very understandable. I was initially contacted by Connells regarding my position and with some fantastic advice, my ambition of owning my own home came along 18 months sooner than my original plan. I spoke with Kasia about my mortgage options and circumstances and from the very start right through the process, she has been absolutely superb. The complete professional, in depth knowledge and the ability to flex her approach when discussing various issues depending on my own knowledge of the topic. With a very thorough explanation and with a very friendly and caring attitude, you can tell Kasia is the complete trustworthy professional. I only really dealt with Kasia but from the time I walked through the door at Connells, someone was there to welcome me and ensure I was ok and offered me a drink and seat whilst I waited for my appointment. Whilst doing this you could tell there was a very good team working closely together and very professional. I highly recommend using The Connells team in Corby.

Selling 2 properties in Nash Close following an aborted sale. Amy was quick to put it back into the market with viewings arranged very soon. Tom and Amy work together and we accepted an offer for 1 one of the houses. The other one was done after valuation and offer was accepted within 24 hours.
