A truly awful company to rent through. They took over a month to sort out my deposit return and then tried to say I was in £106 arrears for time I wasn't living at the property because I posted my keys through their letterbox on my last day (Friday) which they were happy to let me do, and they assumedly didn't pick them up til Monday. Their property management services are a sham, they will take weeks if not months to come out and look at something if you remind them enough. They have one or two people working this service so some days you will ring them and they won't pick up during their open hours! Absolute crooks, don't rent through Connells!

Very friendly team, Tom worked so hard to get us exchanged. Chloe helped and casha was very helpful and supportive . They all gave us exceptional service and I would highly recommend them . Their service was next to none and they worked very well as a team, working together to get us exchanged quickly. Casha was very good with her advice on mortgages too.

I put my house on the market with them they had it for a whole year. I went in to see them They said that they were very sorry we forgot to put it on the market. Told the head office they Gave me 30 pounds compensation. Absolutely hopeless I'm sure they done good things in the past ? Very unprofessional companies Would I recommend them what do you think.
