GoogleOrganised a viewing with Nikki, and she was great from the word go! After seeing the property I made a rental offer straight away and Nikki helped get my offer with the landlord ASAP and was nothing but patient with me calling for updates! Even called me after 6 when she should have been going home to deliver the good news! Application process has been swift and efficient too, can't fault Connells or Nikki!

GoogleNikki and Jack gave an outstanding service. With Nikki's expertise I was able to let my property out on a short term let. Nikki listened to all my requirements and found clients to view the property the very next day, the property is now let. I found Nikki and Jack to be very positive which has made the whole experience successful and easy. Definitely recommend. I will use the service again.

Knowledgeable and first of all a human who cares and will make a difference in exceeding your exceptions. Simply amazing consultant who knows what she does for a record short time. GoogleIf this review was about Nikki it would be 5stars. She always goes above and beyond and is an excellent, organised, empathetic estate agent who has excelled during these troubling times. However, I have had some difficulties previously with connells, which is why the rating is three stars. I will leave a review again later in the year, as I believe that Nikki can turn my experiences Into positive ones as without her expertise the Rating would have been 2.

GoogleI’ve never dealt with a worse company. The manager and his assistant are useless and liars. They do not know the house prices at all in Corby and wasted our time. They swore at my partner when we tried to remove our house from the market with them.

FacebookI rented a house with 4 rooms from them and it is full of defects and problems. When I came to visit they promised me that I would repair the broken glass until I moved to repair the roof from the garage, because it was raining in the garage, in the garage there were mattresses, beds, furniture, washing machine, the treadmill was garage full of goods the owner, the agency people promised me they would clear the garage until I moved, the windows are moldy, they promised me it would be changed. After I signed the contract and moved, I had neither repaired the windows nor the roof of the garage and had not cleared the garage. They made a direct contract with the owner and when I went to them to ask them to explain their unresolved issues, so they told me to call the owner to talk to her because it is no longer their job. The owner is an Indian and he doesn't want to talk to me, he doesn't answer the phone, he doesn't respond to messages, it's awful.

GoogleWe have purchased our house with Connells in Corby and also did re-mortgage with them. We could not be happier! House buying process was very difficult and very long (took almost 6 months), there were some ups and downs and not everything was perfect. But we saw the effort agents put for us to successfully buy our house and all ended very well! Two years later we came back to do re-mortgage - estate agent Chloe remembered us by name and address! Re-mortgage went smooth as a butter, visited office twice, filled in papers, and then just waited for completion - no hassle at all! We felt mortgage and re-mortgage advices were honest, sincere and best deals for us based on our needs. They did not just try to sell the most expensive offer! Overall, very pleased and will be coming back in the future. Recommend!
